After many requests, I made a video on How to Cope with Depression and Anxiety during this holiday season.
November and December become the busiest times for my Energy Healing practice for the last nine years.
Why?
People are dealing with depression and anxiety and not sure how they will react to family gathering, plans or lack of plans, and feeling overhwehelmed following somone else’s schedule during a time of celebration and festivities.
Some people will even take their life.. its a sad tragedy when this happens.

A mentor of mine once said "Rhonda Byrne who wrote the Secret missed a chapter inside of her Book The Secret. The reason why people still don't attract what they want is because their personal energies don't match the same frequency of their goal." He later said that our inherited emotions, childhood programming, and many other trauma energies may not allow us to fully believe our vision board, affirmations and goals. In my nine years experience, If we don't fully believe it, it stagnates the speed you could be getting all your desires.

I was honored to connect with Tim Kasher, Singer of Cursive and the Good Life. He recently released an album this year called "Middling Age," and he has created over 20 LPs in his life. His music and lyrics were a huge inspiration in my life during my late teenage years. A healthy relationship, whether romantic or brotherly, or friendly, is when each person is allowed room to grow, unjudged, and still loved.

Bullying symptoms stemming from childhood and then continuing to adulthood can look like Depression, anxiety, appetite issues, loneliness, defensiveness, and even health issues.

Many of us have experienced Chronic pain at different times, and perhaps you are still experiencing it.
Whether it’s back pain, neck pain, or headaches... it’s can all be pretty annoying.
Although single Energy Healing sessions may assist you temporarily, sometimes you may have a modality that the practitioner doesn’t practice that is needed to unlock the key. There are multiple reasons, purposes, and activations that may need to be addressed. Perhaps it may even be a spiritual lesson that awaits your soul before your body wants to assist in giving you positive symptoms.
Pain signals to our bodies that there is emotional baggage that needs tending.
Are we truly listening?
This is a very touchy Solar Room for me because I witnessed over 14 years of seeing both of my Oncologist parents look for medication and temporary band-aids to help their patients. My mother was very open to seeing the Holistic side, seeing the core imbalances, and looking for the real culprits of chronic illnesses. I admire her for that.
In my opinion, it may take multiple healing modalities sometimes and frequency assistance from the Quantum Field to perhaps have the best breakthrough.
The First Activation will be making sure your body feels safe in healing the specific symptoms you are dealing with. Whether it’s a pain or a chronic issue, the Subconscious needs to know whether it feels safe to heal this issue that might have caused you a history of trauma. The goal is to allow your body to feel safe to show you positive symptoms finally.
The Second Activation will remove any resistance in the body. Sometimes the Inner Child doesn’t allow you to heal more chronic issues. We will be assisting the Inner Child in allowing the adult self to heal. We will find what specific energies need to be removed so that your symptoms may be assisted and the immune system to increase.
The Third Activation removes any emotional imbalances, toxicities, and deep core imbalances that go beyond the Emotion and Body Code to help the symptoms.
Also, any offensive energies that may be propagating the illness or pain will be removed.
If you have family members that haven’t experienced much change in their chronic issues, this might be a great gift to assist them in their journey.

Maltreatment from parents can cause children to feel isolation, fear, and distrust, translating into lifelong psychological consequences that can manifest as educational difficulties, low self-esteem, depression, and trouble forming and maintaining relationships.
Whether you have worked on this before using a therapist or energy medicine, this will be unique because multiple modalities will be assisting you using the Multi-Layered approach. We will be using SEFI frequencies to assist integration and all forms of modalities to get this deep core imbalance not regularly found in individual Energy Healing sessions.
The First Activation is to find deep-rooted suggestions, deep core imbalances, and negative programming created by repetitive parents who wished well but landed horribly on our subconscious. Whether physical or emotional abuse is involved, this activation will help neutralize those memories to make you stand back and realize it was a lesson to be different from your parents without holding onto the resentment. This will increase your confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth to help you succeed in all life areas.
The Second Activation taps into the Inner Child that we all have. There is specific trauma where you didn’t feel heard or had to qualify for love. We will be working on what the Inner Child would like to release personally due to family dynamics. This part of your subconscious is very sacred, and we need to let our Inner Child know we will love them unconditionally and pay attention to them. This will also enhance your intuition as a by-product and it will also enhance any other Energy Healing sessions you have done before.
The Third Activation will remove any agreements or contracts we have made with ourselves or with our family members due to negative programming. This will include removing any images, compound traumas, and images we have made which doesn't make us feel safe around our family members. Neutralizing specific traumas will make you feel safer, and feel more love, and it will allow you to be more of your true self with the current family you are raising or if you plan on raising a family in the future.

This activation and healing will assist with safety in losing weight. Most subconscious blocks are created to prevent the member from re-attracting the trauma created when they were at their ideal weight. We will assist all members to feel safe in losing weight; some members will notice shifts just in this activation alone.
Excess Cortisol is the Number 1 Reason for obesity in the world. We will be assisting the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic systems in allowing the body to stay calm and relaxed, preventing further incurring inflammation. When I first started my practice back in 2015, I never know how expansive it would be. I thought I would only use the Emotion Code and Body Code as my singular tool. Safety is one of the most important things to the Subconscious Brain. The movie INCEPTION always fascinated me because it showed how dreams can be a mirror into the memories and programming of someone and the Christopher Nolan movie insinuates that you can reprogram it. In many ways, Energy Healing is a way to not change the scenario, but a way to remove the sting or the peace level on a certain subject. Adriadne (the dream designer) had to learn the hard way that the Subconscious sees her as an intruder, sometimes clients see their sessions as an intruder and so the body doesn't show positive symptoms when worked on.

I could totally relate to them for most of my life.

So grateful for a Christian Pastor to allow herself to be one of my Facebook Live Healings.
The Emotion and Body Code is not a religion. Truly, it is only a tool to help access the subconscious to see what is holding it back from being whole on an emotional and physical plain.
Later she wrote me an email with this response:
Dearest Emanuel,
Hoping this note finds you and your family feeling well. I had a very interesting night, slept without pain, and woke up with a new sense of hope. For the first time in YEARS, my right shoulder is almost pain-free. I imagine a pain free body could be possible. 🏽

I always found it fascinating how Dr. Bradley Nelson would deal with family circumstances which became the catalyst to add something to a healing modality. When his wife had depression, the Heart-Wall was discovered. When his wife was dealing with morning sickness with their third child, the imbalances found with Morning Sickness were discovered. The presidential debate was a confirmation of where the country and the world is heading. Two grown men who kept interrupting each other with lack of respect was not the best way to show leadership. There are three things that no one can take away.
Sometimes I need to remind myself when you feel like the world can take even the most sacred things from you. I started writing in my journal and sharing some instances and while I was jogging it became clear that I should do a podcast about this concept. I wanted to be beyond transparent and share some of my personal scars not to victimize myself, but to liberate myself of memories that serve only two purposes: To find out who I really am and to find out what can't be taken.

Title: Dear Victim of Bullying I started this podcast by saying " Dear Victim of Bullying" but I realized that whoever is listening to me is more than just a moment or a re-occurring circumstance. You may be 60 years old, you maybe 14 years old. I don't care what age you are because people who pick on you and make fun of you have no preference on who they act upon. I wish I could have told this to myself when I was younger. Maybe you are a teen. I want to speak to the teen for this whole episode. People ask me all the time " What would you tell your teenage self if you had ten minutes?" I wanted to make a Podcast where I addressed what bullying does. If you are an Energy Healer or Body Code Practitioner, I wanted to make a podcast for your clients and you can send this to them on your behalf. Four or five times during this podcast, I tell them to reach out to the practitioner who sent this to you. I can't stand knowing that bullying still exists and that teens have nowhere to run emotionally. They should know about the Body Code and Emotion Code, but no one is addressing them until NOW. This was very therapeutic for me to do this podcast because you will notice how there are moments where I am talking to my teen self and sending consolation. Let's send this to clients who have teens and let's save some teens this weekend and liberate them with knowledge and potential healing with you if they resonate with my message.

In my experience for six years of working with clients, there is a symptom that is even hard for clients to see.
It is something that is programmed to the point where they don't even consider it a symptom. I am guilty of having my moments, I am not perfect. This is a subject that should be discussed yesterday. If we can eradicate this symptom, this world would be a better place.

This program called the "Advanced Healer's Success Guide" was created because of a need. I created a video on Youtube about this subject, but I feel like people really wanted to know what Is taught during the program. We are in the process of designing a top-of-the-line website in the next three months, but I wanted l to share how this is helping people all over the world. What is the Higher Self?
As soon as I heard the word "Higher Self", I was highly fascinated! I was looking for ways that other Body Code Practitioners are using this term to have effective healing sessions.

Can I accept the Emotion Code as a Practicing Christian? This is something that may come up in your practice as you work with people. A higher majority of America is Christian and many of them will be open to this work because it resonates with them. However, there are a few that will bring up alarms due to cultural programming or due to doctrinal presumptions. I wanted to share 10 things that may help them in their journey so they don't disregard this powerful work. You can also pass this to your clients so I can do all the work for you. As I look back when I was first building my practice, I would have powerful affirmations written on a whiteboard. I would repeat them before I start working with everyone. I wanted to share my favorite ones and put them in a podcast so you can wake up feeling EMPOWERED. There is no reason why we shouldn't believe these affirmations. It's been a huge privilege to help out an amazing project called the Inside Out Institute who was founded by Todd Cahill. I work with many Healers and Transformational coaches who have now partnered up together to help people on the conscious and subconscious level and their voices have been heard. During these tumultuous times, do we have a PLAN B?
I had a plan B (direct sales for TEN YEARS!), but I had nothing to show for it. I wanted to find a home where I can TRULY make a difference while making a living.

In June, I was blessed to meet my future brother-in-law Austin Sackett. I was very nervous to talk to my wife’s brother since I didn’t want to ruffle any feathers talking about Energy Healing. I used to struggle with feeling alone even when people surrounded me in various ways. Then the fear of potential abandonment from friends and peers would come when i start reminiscing that they might find out that I don’t feel any connection with them. I started worrying if I was the only person who felt that way. After using the Emotion and Body Code for six years, I realized that loneliness or the sensation of feeling alone was more common. One of the reasons why I started making this podcast is that I wish I could have inspired my mother to take care of herself instead of passing away with Pancreatic Cancer. She has taught me more than anyone in this world that Healers need healing themselves.
As a successful Doctor, sometimes the needed healing gets neglected as she gets overwhelmed with new patients. She left an amazing legacy and I wanted to sum up the ten most powerful lessons I acquired during her life. My mother Maria Guerra is a light that continues to shine in my life and an example to my work as an Emotion and Body Code Practitioner. I know these ten lessons will serve anyone who is open to adding value to their true self and if you want to succeed in life. Amanda Smith has always been called to help and serve others. Having overcome immense personal challenges in her 37 years of life, she has continued to grow in her spirituality and has deepened the connection she has to the celestial realm. After serving in the United States Navy, she embarked on a mission to help a million people through improved health and wealth of mind. She has done this in a variety of capacities, but in each has used the tools and lessons she has learned through her own trials and tribulations to bring people out of the darkness and back into the light of a happy and fulfilling life. In 2010 and 2011, Amanda experienced the back-to-back loses of her father-in-law and her father, the first in a tragic car accident and the second when her father ended his own life. Having two small children at the time allowed Amanda to see that light can still shine strong, even in the darkest of times. In 2012, Amanda was able to prove to herself and to the world that the mind is a powerful force when she was able to overcome cancer and regain her life within 4 months of her diagnosis. In 2014, Amanda fully embraced her mission to help a million people by diving into metaphysics and earning a Masters Degree to better enable her to help others. She is now providing personal development coaching to help people create and manifest for themselves the kind of life, family, health and wealth status they are seeking. Her focus is on providing a safe environment where people can feel supported, encouraged and motivated as they gain the knowledge and understanding needed for their own unique journeys. Amanda is married to Nick Smith and they are raising their family in Vernal, Utah.
