The guys tell some stories and the captains attempt some mudslinging. Aaron embraces an old nickname, Eric likes a good crease and Michael mentions his correct Masters pick no less than nine times. please excuse some of the audio during the second half of the episode
The guys talk Masters and reveal the team draw pods. Eric apparently learned about time zones from OJ, Michael probably won’t do anything with the blatant bulletin board material and Aaron is no longer welcome in Milwaukee.
The guys FINALLY finish the recap of last year’s draw in the Dells. Michael tells a horror story, Eric tells a sob story, Aaron tells a love story (for Caitlin Clark) and Rob has a message for a certain BGC’er (he should probably listen until the very end).
The guys get back to the recap with a little help from Captain Werling. Eric recounts the time he almost committed grand theft auto, Michael did not (repeat, did not) have the scallops and Aaron builds a pillow fort.
The guys talk all things non BGC in this impromptu episode. Aaron is living his teenage dream with the Chiefs winning another title, Michael is a little hot n cold about the whole thing and Eric provides quite a dark horse pick as his SB halftime favorite.
The guys welcome back Aaron to start recapping The Draw in the Dells. Eric believes in Brock, Michael is evidently a joy to golf with and Aaron’s salty language sounds like he’s back working on that road construction crew.
The guys welcome a special guest. Aaron doesn’t know about it, Eric had the idea and Michael is just along for the ride.
The guys are back for yet another season, sorry. Michael is slowly becoming Rob, Aaron is quickly becoming a little disturbing and Eric still has the most sophisticated palette of the group.
The guys make an episode that’s simply the best, better than all the rest (which is maybe just because Rob joins). Aaron’s going to just keep the blues rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ on the river. Michael wonders what’s love got to do with what’s happening on Vanderpump. And Eric will do whatever it takes to win, even being a private dancer.
The guys take another walk down memory lane; the good, the bad and odd. Eric remembers the good, Michael fixates on the bad and Aaron…it’s just odd he didn’t show up.
The guys apparently haven’t learned their lesson, it’s another attempt at Roll Out the Barrel After Dark. Michael tries to forget last year (including members of his team), Eric looks forward to this year as a non-captain and Aaron hopefully survives his night in a haunted hotel.
The guys welcome a guest. Michael proves to be irreplaceable. Eric doesn’t throw softballs. Aaron has started campaigning for Man o’ War already. And Rob (yes, that Rob) has something that just can’t be beat.
The guys are back…and in the mood. Aaron makes vacation plans, Michael is apparently Team Bryson and Eric was truly a captain for the people.
The guys made it to the season finale. Aaron calls out Gates (again), Eric steers a conversation towards soccer (again) and Michael brings the energy (again).
The guys are all business…for the most part. Michael lets us know about the specials, Eric shares what he can about the courses and Aaron dives into the rule book.
The guys…well, let’s just say the guys need the BGC to get here…fast. Eric MIGHT be moonlighting with another podcast, Michael MIGHT NOT be able to go on without Aaron and Aaron DEFINITELY needs to go to confession.
The guys talk Masters and BGC Sunday. Aaron was pulling for the Gamecocks, Michael sounds like a cocky captain even though he said he isn’t and Eric is a cock-eyed optimist about Cameron Smith’s chances this week.
The guys obsession with Dan continues as they recap an historic BGC Saturday. Aaron remembers the famous “miracle shot”, Eric seems jealous of Aaron’s evening of cigars with strange women and Michael apparently makes all important captain’s decisions on a whim.
The guys get slap happy as they begin to recap the 2021 BGC. Eric is clearly anti-painter’s cap, Aaron has a beef with David Toms of all people and Michael would never slap anyone…except maybe Dan.
The guys talk tournament preparations. Aaron struggles, Eric (try as he might) struggles and “less is more” for Michael (with golf prep and in this episode).
The guys provide a first look at what’s in store at the 2022 BGC. Aaron shows he can fill time with the best of them, Michael brings the energy and apparently Eric demanded a slide be installed for Logan.
The guys kickoff tournament week by answering some pointed, hard-hitting questions. Eric tries on many hats, Michael gets defensive and Aaron shows his apparent disdain for Switzerland.
The guys are talking about practice, not the game, they’re talking about practice. Practice round that is, on the Thursday of event week. Eric appears to be obsessed with Tom Brady, Aaron describes his Rocky style training regimen and Michael might be a beginner golfer.
The guys are clearly excited about The Masters. Aaron is missed but thankfully, otherwise this might’ve been two hours long. Michael confuses his big cats and Eric takes our taste buds on a culinary adventure.
The guys go into detail (and sometimes way too much detail) about a Grey Sunday. Michael and Eric uncover some painful, repressed memories. Aaron displays his lack of caddy skills and an “obsessed” fan reaches out mid-episode.
The guys relive the Blue team Saturday surge. Aaron has a short, but memorable appearance that makes us all a little uncomfortable. Eric channels Herb Brooks and Michael does everything he can to avoid talking about what’s going on in the Suez Canal.
The guys look back on a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad Friday. Aaron disappears and Michael regales us with some “erotic Dan fiction”.
The guys are stubborn and are convinced people want more of this. The road to Green Lake and BGC 2021 begins.
The guys miss sports and it shows, Eric ponders a potential Phil and Tom kinship, Michael does his best Mel Kiper impersonation and Aaron brings a very special guest to the show.
The guys try to cope with no Masters, Eric moves on from Korea to Taiwan, Aaron’s not around to tell his favorite George Brett story and Michael expresses feelings for Dan.
The guys continue the shelter in place life, Eric gets us “excited” about the Masters, Aaron bests Michael again and we learn a lot about Tom Kite.
The guys discuss Sunday singles, Eric gets into Korean Baseball, Aaron retrieves his oldest from a tree and Michael relives some painful memories.
The guys try and stay busy, pitch “balcony songs”, look back at Saturday’s sessions and annoy the Marquette marketing department.
The guys touch on the surreal status of the sports world, dive deep into the Friday session of 2019, lose Aaron again and contemplate the sultry amenities of The Ridge Resort.
The guys try a podcast. Eric gets philosophical, Michael gets duped by the head pro at Eagle Ridge and Aaron goes missing.
