ABOUT TANGLEPOD:

TanglePod is hosted by Juliette and Kellie, two Seattle area residents who found each other through a common interest in the feeling of well-being that comes with creativity.

Every time we meet, we find ourselves conversing on a variety of topics that center on creativity, focused mind time, how to get our creative flow going again, adding balance to our day and mindfulness to our life. TanglePod came out of the idea that this might be a way to share our enthusiasm with others to help them spark their creativity.

We are both Certified Zentangle® Teachers. As Zentangle teachers – we meet a lot of our own creative needs by regularly practicing the Zentangle Method ® and find that we can apply a lot of the elements of Zentangle to other aspects of our life. We also enjoy sharing this experience with our students and now are thrilled to be able to do so with our listeners.

Its springtime, which means spring break and hopefully a transition from the cold dark days of winter to the brighter days of spring. We took a little time off this week and share with you an archive episode Min-Max or Balance.

With each new season we have the opportunity to readjust and find better balance in our days.

Enjoy and we will be back next week!
