It is believed that Paul’s second letter to Timothy is among the last letters he ever wrote. In it, Paul seems to be passing the baton of ministry to his apprentice Timothy. He looks beyond his immediate relationship with Timothy and charges him to take up the work and to equip yet more generations to serve Christ.

This week Pastor Dave and Ken join us to discuss Daniel and the Lion’s Den and to recap on the first 6 chapters of the book of Daniel.
This series covers Daniel 1-6, where we learn about godly living in a godless age. Though Daniel was a Jewish captive living in hostile Babylon, he was able to engage the culture without compromising his faith. His ability to remain faithful to God was a result of God revealing Himself as the Sovereign One over all kings and kingdoms and promising to one day usher in His eternal kingdom.
Pastor Dave discusses the writing on the wall from Daniel 5. King Belshazzar has blatantly and arrogantly defiled what God has deemed to be holy.

We pick up our study of the life of Abraham where we left off. If the first part of the story was about Abraham’s stumbling faith, the balance of the story is about the maturing of Abraham’s faith, as it is put to the test in profound ways, refined as if by fire.

As Pastor Joe teaches from Mark 9:14-29, we learn three things: Faithlessness leads to defeat that misrepresents Jesus; Faith is the victory that reveals Jesus; and Prayer is how we express dependence on Jesus. Be a believer who takes everything to Jesus!
Today as we look at Mark 9:2-13, Pastor Ken Carlson shows us two actions that we must take: Look to Jesus and believe; and Listen to Jesus and obey. Jesus is the One in whom the glory of God is revealed!
As we begin our new series, "Know the Score," Pastor Dave Ridder shares the three movements that are found in our text today: A right confession is made; A false impression is corrected; A great expectation is communicated. To follow Jesus demands risking all!
As we conclude our third installment in the book of Mark, Pastor Dave shows us from Mark 8 that there are two kinds of people: Some people see but don't understand the truth; Some people refuse even to see the truth. Jesus makes life make sense!
As we continue our series "When Life Gets Real," Pastor Dave Ridder shows us two surprising ways that Jesus crosses boundaries: Jesus reaches across a racial divide; Jesus accommodates a disabled man. We have a boundary breaking Savior!
As we look at Mark 7, Pastor Brian shows us three points: The problem confronted; the problem condemned; and the problem clarified. The problem with mankind is a problem of the heart.
As we look at Mark 6:45-56 today, there are three ways we can relate to the disciples: We do what Jesus says we should do; We end up rowing into stiff winds; We act surprised when Jesus shows up. No matter where you are in your struggle, look for Jesus!
As we look at Mark 6:30-44, Pastor Ken shows us that Jesus meets our most desperate needs!
As we continue our walk through the gospel of Mark, our text today shows us 3 provisions that God has made for us: We have a model of perseverance to guide us; we have realistic expectations to prepare us; we have the assurance of victory to inspire us. Let no one deter you from living for Christ!
As we celebrate the Risen Savior this Easter, we look at the five discoveries at Jesus' tomb: the stone was rolled away; the body of Jesus wasn't there; angels offered an explanation; they are reminded of Jesus' prophecy; and Peter finds the empty grave clothes. He is risen!
This Palm Sunday we look at Luke 23:26-56. As we prepare for Easter, we find three observations of Jesus' last day: On the road to Calvary Jesus showed compassion; on the cross Jesus offered forgiveness; in His death Jesus provided access to the Father. Jesus died to make us alive!
As we continue our series "4 Days That Changed the World," we find three things about the people in our passage: They refused to consider the defendants evidence; they refused to agree with the judge's verdict; they refused to accept the judge's sentence. Jesus didn't deserve to die!
Listen as we welcome David Brickner, Executive Director of Jews for Jesus, as he shares with us the Passover celebration.
As we conclude our series, One You Can Trust, Pastor Dave takes us through Mark 5:21-43. He shows us a story in 5 scenes: Faith is demonstrated; Faith is tested; Faith is built; Faith is dashed; Faith is rewarded. We are encouraged to not be afraid, but to believe!
As we continue our walk through the Gospel of Mark, we find three things in our text: Jesus sees us in our disaster; Jesus saves us from destruction; and Jesus sends us as disciples. Jesus' power to deliver is greater than Satan's purpose to destroy!
Looking at Mark 4:35-41 we find 3 fallacies: If I follow Jesus, I won't have to experience storms; if He doesn't immediately calm my storm, He must not really care about me; if I cry out to Him, he'll take the storm away. Give yourself to the Master of the storms.
As we continue our new series "One You Can Trust," this week we look at Mark 4:21-34. In it we find three things: the truth will be allowed to shine; the harvest will surely happen; and the kingdom will come in power. You may not be able to see it, but God is up to something big!
As we begin our new series called "One You Can Trust," we begin by looking at Mark 4:1-20. In it we find 3 lessons: Don't let the fear of failure keep you from sowing the seed; don't prejudge the soil, just sow the seed; don't doubt the power of the seed, just keep sowing it.
As we conclude our series titled "The Dawn of Hope," this week, Pastor Dave Ridder shows us a contrast of two groups: 1. There are those who follow; 2. There are those who find fault. Those who belong to Jesus do the will of God!
In week 4 of our sermon series, "The Dawn of Hope," Pastor James shows us how Jesus was completely unconventional in His ministry. Jesus came to transform sinner, He came to make things new, and He came to rule the Sabbath. Jesus is Lord over all!
Continuing our series, "The Dawn of Hope," Pastor Dave shows us two different obstacles that we face: Most of us don't know what our greatest need is, and many of us won't accept God's provision for our greatest need. Only Jesus can meet our greatest need of all!
As we continue our series "The Dawn of Hope," Pastor Joe teaches us from Scripture that we have HOPE when Jesus has His way!
As we begin our journey through Mark's Gospel, we learn three proofs that Jesus is the Son of God: John the Baptist pointed to him; a voice from heaven identified him; and Satan personally tempted him.
As we conclude the series, "Home for Christmas," we learn three lessons from Matthew 2:13-23: 1. When God has us move, he always has a good reason; 2. Nothing good comes from trying to stop God's plan; and 3. Home is where God would have you. Never be afraid to follow where God leads!
As we continue the series, Home for Christmas, this week we look at Matthew 2:1-12. We learn two lessons, the first from Herod's palace: a home where self reigns can't help but be troubled. The second, from the Bethlehem house: a home where Jesus is worshiped will know great joy!
As we continue our series "Home for Christmas," Pastor Brian shows us that Jesus is in reach of everyone, He understands what we're up against, and He can be crowded our of our lives. Is there room for Christ in your life today?
Join us as we take a look at Matthew 1:18-25 and Joseph and Mary's home. We find through the text that obedience gives a home a strong foundation.
As we begin our Christmas 2020 series, "Home for Christmas," Pastor Dave shows us how a great home is a godly home. Our homes should be places of blessing, places of refuge, and places of witness.
As we conclude our series, "The Life You Were Meant to Live," Pastor Joe shows us three facts that come out of Gal.2:20: The believer has been transformed by God; The right response to truth changes your life; and Choice is key to living the life we are meant to live.
As we continue our series "The Life You Were Meant to Live," Pastor Brian teaches us that as Christ lives through us we die with Him, we rise with Him, and we live for Him.
As we continue this 4-part series titled "The Life You Were Meant To Live," this week we look at 3 amazing benefits: You are now able to please God; You are now spiritually alive; You are now guaranteed resurrection.
As we begin our new series, "The Life You Were Meant to Live," we look at how Jesus gave his life for us! He stood in our place; he took our punishment; he purchased our freedom.
As we get close to the election we can find that during these troubled times we are encouraged to remember two things from Scripture. Love God with all you've got, and love your neighbor as yourself.
As we conclude our series, A New Normal, Pastor Brian Preiser shows us how our normal never changes. We need to devote ourselves to what really matters, allow God to transform us, enjoy the process, and then watch what God does.
As we continue our series, "A New Normal," and our walk through Acts, this week we expound on the fact that Jesus is he only savior endorsed by God.
Continuing our walk through Acts, this week we look at how the days we are currently living in are days of unprecedented opportunity. God's Spirit can speak through anyone and salvation is available to everyone!
As we continue our series, "A New Normal," in our text this week we find two scenes: The Holy Spirit comes, and the Holy Spirit empowers. God's Spirit empowers unlikely people to do extraordinary things!
As we look at Acts 1:12-26, we find that every church needs leaders who are qualified, recognized, prayed over, and who are appointed by Christ!
As we continue our series "A New Normal," there are three things that we find in Acts 1:6-11. We can't be content in our comfort zone; we are not alone in this; and we are made for more. Our response to the gospel must always be to go!
