With so much lack, separation and fear rolling around this planet right now as everything is stirred up it can be easy to forget this one. So take time to connect within, ask to be reminded of your truth. Ask to be reminded of your inner abundant nature and let that frequency wash over you. S - Support. Support yourself. Compassion for the Wounded Masculine There is no doubt we are in a time where darkness is coming to light, where the thousands of years of patriarchy and trauma associated are breaking. We see this in everyday life, in the media, and in our own lives. This wounded masculine that we are witnessing is processing, just like you are processing out of old versions of yourself in order to step more fully into your potential and Soul fulfillment.
This time of seeming darkness can be tricky to cope with and brings up so many emotions that it can be hard to find your center through all of this. Every single one of us contains both feminine and masculine energy and so as we navigate these waters it is important to remember that compassion above all else is what will light the path to our highest transformation.

By the way, often these are weekly forecasts but this one feel much more like a 3-4 day timeframe with more information being revealed as it comes up. The visuals that came through with this energy was like a 90’s learn to type program mixed with highlighting puzzle pieces that are coming back together for your discernment.
So we are putting the pieces of the puzzle together with a 90’s software that allows you to learn speed and accuracy especially as it related to communication and communication of heart and Soul. This may sound a little out there, but you are very much figuring out a puzzle in 2018. This puzzle can only be solved with your heart, not with strategic thinking alone so it is a big shift for many people.

Keys to keep in mind this week: Take inventory of your priorities, allow your heart to guide you to the areas in highest need of your attention and release the areas no longer requiring your focus. Do not allow a false sense of isolation and confusion to cut you off from your direct connection to your greatness. Hold on to the threads of greatness that you do see and focus on them to flow back to your true nature. The energy we are working with this week is full of plot twists, ups, and downs and encourages us to connect within and find peace there. Understand you are on a journey, each step is important to the whole, and each step also passes. Remember your inner guidance system is always recalibrating and know the best path for you.

We are in an action phase at this time, and this is usually when 'self-sabotage' mode kicks in for many of you who are stepping into your power and purpose. Be aware what your patterns of sabotage or protection are. Distractions, habits that don't support your Divinity, fear, procrastination, and doubt thinking. Being stationary when your body wants to move and flow. Starting arguments or just feeling slightly off and not moving forward are a few examples. Ask yourself this week, how am I protecting myself? Why am I hesitant/ avoiding moving forward and stepping into my power.
Envoke the Goddess Kali this week and use your inner power and connection to the Earth to cast aside those lingering doubts. You have prepared much up to this point and it is time to call on your strength reserves. You have an immense store of power and perseverance at your disposal, connect within and call it up!
The theme this week is to rise into your heart and act from there. When we are in sabotage mode, we are often motived by fear and self-doubt and as you have come to realize this is beneficial and does not move you into a place of power. Another reason mindfulness is key this week, knowing what energy you are operating in will shine an immense light on your sabotage patterns. If you tune in and ask what energy am I operating from and find anything less than love your first task is to ask what you need to shift your vibration into your power. Shifting the energy in your body through movement is a fabulous way, like shaking off the Winter frost as you step into Spring. Sometimes a few minutes to journal or EFT will do the trick to shake up the energy too, or a chat with a supportive friend to get to the root of your frustration and reclaim your power.
Coming back around to picking fights, getting in disagreements and feeling sorry for yourself. This is all a version of sabotage protection and blocking off who you really are. In allowing this to be revealed to you, you have the opportunity to see things from another perspective, to look at things from the views of another person, or from your higher self. If you find yourself in a lot of disagreements or miscommunications, ask yourself how your struggle with the person is reflecting something about yourself. If it's more of an internal struggle ask for the solution from your Higher or Future self. How do they see the situation?

As we enter into Mercury retro midweek, we will already be feeling this energy on Monday. We are reminded of areas we have to heal and overcome and are working with the shadow this week plenty – but this doesn’t mean there is no time for fun – in fact, it is the exact opposite.
Our animal guides this week are poking a little fun at our journey and asking that we lighten up, detach from the drama and remember the magic within us. It can be so easy to feel sorry for ourselves as we move through our shadow, feeling like gawd there must be something wrong with me why haven’t I yet managed to achieve x,y,z or how have I not changed my habits or stopped this pattern, why can’t I just figure it out already??
This week brings opportunity to do exactly that – figure things out from a higher perspective but we must also be aware to bring that lesson down and integrate it into our daily lives through mindfulness and choosing thoughts and actions that empower us and are in alignment with who we are at a Soul level. This is easier to do than you may realize as we have a built-in navigation system. When we feel good (especially if it is accompanied with happy, expansive butterflies in the heart or belly) we are moving in the right direction – even if we are not yet sure where we are being led. Working with the pieces of the puzzle that we do have instead of lamenting over the ones we can’t see yet (there just under that pillow of doubt you’re sitting on) will empower us greatly to create transformation in our lives at a faster pace than we think is possible.

There has been a slight shift in my energy, and so the weekly forecasts posts are also shifting accordingly! Weekly forecast posts will still be created, but now I am working with a collective of guides known as the Ascension Awareness Collective to give insight and guidance on what is happening energetically and how to make the most of it on your journey.
There won’t be cards to choose any longer, but I encourage you to tune into your own intuition as you read or listen to the Podcast to feel what reallyascension awareness guidance march 12 resonates as truth for you. Pay attention to that feeling.
In focus this week are the third eye and heart chakras. We are being encouraged to look within to find the answers. To allow our hearts to attune to the vibration of peace and expansion and with that allow a clear vision of what is possible for us to form.

March is coming in with a clear, beautiful energy that is expanding us into our potential. For most of us in pretty intense ways! You may have been noticing heavy, confusing, uneasy emotions with the Full Moon and continuing on into this week as we move to integrate the higher vibrational changes into our life. When we ask to serve at a higher level, to come the best version of ourselves the Universe will always provide an opportunity for just that. This may mean that you have a lot of ‘stuff’ coming up. This is part of the process and one that assures you as you face it, process it and move it you are setting yourself up for a new and improved reality.
To work with the energy this week it is important to take care of your physical body. It may need more water, a cleaner diet, a lighter diet, more movement, more rest, more grounding. Tune into your own body and ask for assistance from Archangel Raphael, as you connect to your heart and give permission for Raphael to help you out you can simply ask what your body needs and allow the answer to come to you. You will feel so much more emotionally and spiritually in balance when you take care of the physical. There is no way to anchor down these higher vibrational energies without attention paid to this area.
During all this inner work you’re doing, you are still being called to be of service at the same time. Again, balance, balance, balance. Call upon Archangels Azreal and Raphael this week to help you balance your giving and receiving. You can’t give in a balanced sustainable way unless you first receive and are in a place of love.

Archangel Guidance is still on high priority this week, but with the Earthy Full Moon near the end of the week, our animal guides are coming in to help us really ground these lessons and move forward. So we have our Druid animals with the forecast and then some specific angels coming in to direct you how to apply this wisdom to your life. The Archangels are still very nearby and chances are you are hearing their whispers, wanting to get quiet time or hearing a bit of ringing in your ears.
On to the spirit animals that came up this week. Interestingly all 3 are B animals. It seems they are helping to usher in March, and transition from balance and service into inspiration and expression. The Bee, the Bull and the Blackbird are coming in with their messages for what to expect this week and how to navigate the energy as the energy this week will shift and change quite a bit from Sunday – Saturday!
Much of this is still in keeping with the theme of purpose and potential. Bee sure you are getting out of your little oasis into the hive this week, that you are celebrating Unity and the joy that comes with cooperation and allowing yourself to be uplifted and supported while you do the same for others. The spirit of celebration is called for this week, do this in a social way if possible to soak in the energy of the community. If you have been feeling called to organize a group, do this! It supports your potential and growth. As we take note that the Bull has also come to teach he reminds us that as we take action on things that break us out of our comfort zone, rewards await. Good fortune is for those who direct their personal power towards what they feel called to do, their purpose. he also reminds us that true fortune is first felt in the heart and solar plexus before expressing into physical form. If you feel like you have been working towards this FOREVER call upon the bull and the bee this week to bring your strength, encouragement and endurance.
As I mentioned the week has a fairly sizeable energy shift as we move closer to the Full Moon (Thursday – Saturday especially) and our intuition comes into focus, you’ll see this in the Angels message this week as well. Allow your focus to shift the balance from the practical action steps to a deep inward journey as the weekend approaches and you tune in to the next steps on your path being revealed. All of this is a forward movement to your potential and highlights again the balance of action and contemplation. Of masculine and femine flowing together.

TRACYGAUDET.COM/LOVE for the free guided meditation. When things need to get accomplished we can choose from multiple paths to get them done. Today on the podcast I'm looking at getting things done from a place of pressure vs a place of surrender.
When we work from a place of pressure consistently we tend to say and think things like I need to, I have to, I should. We tend to feel the energy of obligation, guilt and even anxiety as our desire for perfection is pushing us. It can also bring on the energy of fear and not enough. This is a masculine energy of pushing forward and while it is amazing in short spurts, trying to live daily from this energy can totally overload our bodies with stress hormones to the point of feeling burnt out and overworked.
When we work from a place of surrender we tend to say and think things like I am open, I am co-creating. We tend to be in the energy of love, trust, expansion and focused on the present. This is a feminine energy and not super comfortable for many of is - so it is definitely a practice for those of us with a tendency toward the masculine idea of getting things done with force.
Tuning in, working with your intuition and body to feel into your next steps, to allow the Divine to do 50% or more of the work is a much more sustainable way to flow towards your goals. Keeping the pressure for short spurts when you need to zip into action.

Animal guides came up today, with a powerful energy rolling in this week as we navigate this New Moon week. Beautiful, empowering energy coming through these 2 creatures this week one flows around the mountain and the others climb up intuitively with grace and ease.
With the 2 wisdom creatures coming in reversed today they do have important reminders to share with us. If you find yourself feeling some resistance towards others or new opportunities or circumstance (it may just be a twinge that you push down since you’re ultra-spiritual) pay attention to this. With the New Moon this week you have the opportunity to choose a new path, a new story. It’s the difference between trying so hard that you actually create resistance and following your intuitive flow and cycles for maximum output with minimal effort.
This can also show up when you’re giving your power away. Let me give you a few examples, but preface it by saying that ultimately you are the higher power in your own life, you are the decision maker and you are the highest authority on what is best for you. When we fall into a place where we rely on others for our direction, or where we feel our circumstance is not affected by us we are giving our power away and these power animals are not having it!
If you feel like you are fighting your way to the top – take some time to first care for yourself and then re-assess. Where do YOU want to go? What would feel amazing here? Do you feel like you HAVE to work crazy hard and struggle to get there? That you’re fighting against an invisible force? Get down to the big why, the root this week and re-focus your direction to one that you can flow to instead of trudge to.
Try connecting into your inner magical child this week – she knows exactly what is best for you, exactly what will feel best and get the best results for YOU. This week is based on you. How to bring more of yourself out to the world, how to recognize more of the amazingness of who you are and do the healing work you need to in order to follow it with action. Flow with yourself and follow the knowing inside to adjust course as required.

I was guided to share this message with you this week. So many of us feel like we are taking steps backward. Feeling like we are wanting to move forward but feel resistance come up. This is fabulous!
This is an indication of progress. I'm going to give you some visuals to work with this week:
Visual number 1. We often think that out path in linear like we are moving only forwards or backward when the pathway to our desires is actually up. For a few steps we do go forward then as the resistance come in to balance we feel like we are going backwards when in reality we are still moving up but have to deal with the shadow side.
This can show up as when we are trying to manifest money and start to open up and examine our shadow, the subconscious side we notice 'triggers' or things that make us uncomfortable come up. Again this is a great sign that you are shaking things up. This is the feeling of 'backward' steps, but like I said it is actually your invitation to release that old program and make a new empowered choice. Often we stay in the same pattern so will go around and around on the same level until we do shift things and then our circle tilts upwards like a spiral staircase and we feel the progress.
Visual number 2. A game of peekaboo. When you play peekaboo with a young baby their perspective is that when you are behind that blanket they can't see you and so you've gone. That's it. You are no longer in their reality. Then when they see you again - pure joy. It's like OMG you're back I thought you were for sure gone forever. Much like a baby our perception is our reality. So when we notice the lack of something in our life (when it is hidden behind the blanket) we assume that's it. It's gone. We are a little more complex though because we've been programmed by previous experience and early beliefs that may make us think well it's my fault that that is gone, it's because I'm not worthy or don't deserve it etc. Then we get in this conscious mind spiral and instill the belief that the thing we desire is in nowhere land behind the blanket the place of lack. It is only when we lift the energetic blanket up a bit and open to the possibility that we are connected to it. As we open up to believing it is still in our reality. Once we are in this space solutions, energy, ideas rush in to co-create it into our reality.
Visual number 3. Picture a circle. A line travels up from top to bottom and from side to side. You are left with an axis where the two lines meet. This space directly in the center is you in balance. The horizontal lines are the past and future with the present right in the middle. The more you are in the present the more forward movement, expansion and growth you will experience. The vertical line is your connection above and below. To the Earth and above to the Divine and your intuition. The space in the center is your human connection. When you allow these 2 to intersect you are working in the present moment from a grounded place with a connection to Source. You are flowing intuitively and balancing moving forward. This place of balance ensures that no matter what stage you are at, you are exactly where you need to be. Focus yourself in this space as often as possible when you want to move forward on something. This will mean something a little different for each person as to what allows you to feel present and connected above and below so finding your own rhythm is key.
Throughout all of this your hearts works as your anchor containing with it the good stuff from each example. When you are feeling off or like you're not making progress or moving forward try tuning into your heart to come back to your balance, shift your perspective on what you are moving towards and allow the solution energy to flow to you. Week of February 4th, 2018:
Many of us have set intentions at some point in 2018, and this week the energies are encouraging us to be open to accept them. The Archangels took over the reading this week with lots to share about how to best utilize the energy this week.
Raphael, Sandalphon and Uriel all came up as very close to Earth this week. Sending messages and signs to get you expanding on your path (many of you are doing simply amazing at this and are encouraged to keep going!) As you work with your own ascension and expansion energy you’ll notice that you’re becoming more sensitive and that your body is craving more rest, healthy foods and lots of water.
This is a great sign, of your own growth and of your spiritual awareness and sensitivity opening up further. Honor this, and ask your body what it needs to feel supported. Our bodies have a wisdom of their own and when you tune in and listen you’ll understand how to best support yourself. This is also a great week if you have been considering getting help in the area, a health coach or exercise buddy to connect and commit. As we surround ourselves with the community on a similar path it makes our journey easier. Ask Raphael for some direction for your health this week and he will get you a sign – which brings me to Sandalphon and Uriel. You know exactly the steps to take, and if you’re finding that your intuition isn’t quite to the level of getting direct info from your guides and higher self than notice the signs.
Some of us can get caught up wanting to hear or see the Divine clearly from the start, but often it is quite subtle and will come in as a strategically placed word of advice, an interview we ‘happen’ across, a sale sign at the grocery store that also has our birthday on it. My point with this is that the angels are always answering our questions, we need to be present to notice them.
If you’re stuck in a bit of a rut try this: connect into your heart (just breathe into your heart) after a few moments when the feel-good emotions start to flow in and you feel more centered speak in your head or out loud to the Archangels, ‘I am open to the gifts in this experience. I am open to the growth. Thank you.’ Then pay attention. Maybe you’ll feel pulled to journal or have a shower or call a friend. Go for it and follow the trail your angels are leaving you this week – it is super fun and very empowering when you realize that you know exactly the right next steps to take!
It’s then in your hands to take the actions that FEEL best, even if they out of your comfort zone, or not what you ‘usually do’.

There has been no shortage of press in the last decade on the law of attraction. All of this attention on one of the Universal laws is fantastic but very much incomplete with most of the information being shared with the public.
Many of us are being told to think positive, visualize what you want to achieve and allow it to come to fruition, and many of us are also getting frustrated with this. Wondering why it appears to be working for others, but not so much for us.
There are 3 key areas I want to look at today that help to pain more of this picture for you and help you create money miracles in your own life.
1 > Beliefs play a huge role, as do subconscious beliefs aka the shadow
While you might be saying and thinking I am a magnet to money, your body and energy are screaming “I can’t afford that”, “I don’t deserve that much”, “money is for other people not me”, “I feel shame around the amount of debt I have”.
2 > Connection to your intuition is of paramount importance
The Universe is flowing things to you all the time. Opportunities to shift direction, nudges of what action to take next, guidance and encouragement. You don’t have to meditate for 2 hours a day or become crystal ball psychic to tune in and follow this guidance. You do have to become present and trust yourself.
3 > Being detached to outcome is crucial
When you are so attached to an outcome, so needing something and stressing, worrying about it, and telling the universe EXACTLY what it is you want to co-create that limits and creates resistance for you. #1 it restricts the flow of universal creativity for you to be surprised by the Universe's input to your desires. If you ask for $1000 cash from this specific flow of income and are refreshing the screen waiting for the notice to come in you can see how that is counterproductive. With that same intention of $1000, being open to it coming in from anywhere, saying thank you in advance, then being present to listen to the whispers and follow the fun and magic the Universe is putting out. The more you can forget, release, surrender, cut attachment to your desired outcome the more wiggle room it gives the Universe and this is the space of miracles. When you feel ‘I need need need this to work’ it restricts your flow. When you feel ‘ how could it get any better than this?’ it creates open space, and the Universe loves some open space
