Founded in June 2015, Service is creating the future of customer service. We have a crazy idea-- we think that customer service should be a simple and painless process. We've all been in phone tree hell, shouting at an automated system that can't seem to understand any thing we have to say. We've got a better system. What if, instead, you could reach out and have someone else handle the issue for you? Through a combination of machine learning and human agents, we're working to create a total breeze of a customer service experience that's memorable for being empathetic and simple, not for the hold music that gets stuck in your head for days after you hang up the phone.
