Day 4 and 5 in quarantine and we’re getting the hang of it. But again, this is really just my list of complaints!
Some inside intel from our new friend in quarantine and some updates from life on the inside.
Things get even worse in Quarantine! It’s really just me complaining about the situation we’re in. Photo is the roof terrace where we have all our meals (buffets and communal food sharing).
Our arrival on Zanzibar Island led to immediate quarantine. Here are my first complaints!

We celebrated New Year in the only country that doesn’t celebrate New Year, and this is how it went...
The treacherous journey to and from Lalibela took it out of us a little, but here’s a recap of the Xmas period. Ho, ho, ho.

Finally crossed to Ethiopia. Had to cut off the first two minute because the sound was so bad. Meant to carry on but beer is legal in Ethiopia so...
New one bitches! The photo is a massive grasshopper that landed on my shoulder and sat there while I ate lunch. When he kicked off vertically again it genuinely bruised me!
Defintely lost track of the dates and corresponding days somewhere... I’ll just carry on with my eyes closed.
