The legislature passed Senator Ebke's LB299 in 2018. This act provides a review process for licensing requirements in Nebraska. On average each Nebraska household pays $1,000 in costs due to licensing requirements. This act will get more people back to work and save Nebraska families money. It was praised by the Wall Street Journal, Reason Magazine, and the Federal Trade Commission.
