We have at times in our world have felt safe, and also unsafe, it may have been physically unsafe, emotionally or mentally unsafe or even feeling spiritually unsafe. When we take the time and breathe and remember we can be safe in this moment, then we can start to think about a choice to have a happier life. We are often seeing no way out of the “suffering” of our circumstances, our finances, our health, our daily living. This is my share of what happens in a meditation for me. The Point of Light image or idea was insistent, wanting to be heard, thus I have share this with you. Remember to have fun, smile, and life can be easy when we choose to believe it is so.
We are surrounded by beauty in our lives, through the loving hands who cooked a meal for us, hearing the soft content sound of a baby after being fed, the touch of the sun on our skin. Receive the beauty of all around us. We are blessed by the touch of God’s beauty and grace today and every day. Be well be joy be ease be abundance be love.

I took 5 minutes from my day to connect with Sound and Om. How can 5 minutes in your day be better, more calm, more ease?
This is my personal response of what I recently felt, physically, emotionally and mentally. I have included my awareness and intuition of the energy around this topic.
One of the ways I create harmony and ease in my life, is through connecting to my heart’s desire and my Soul. Enjoy this updated version of being more calm and peaceful in your day.
