This is my first True Crime Podcast so please bare with me as I progress my craft... So this story I came across on YouTube and there is an HBO Documentary on it (of course). So this NYC cop named Gilberto Valle was caught being dark fetish websites talking about raping, killing, cooking and eating women. His wife of course catches him and turns him into the FBI which leads to a trial and a mans life ruined.
After listening let me know what you think should have happened to Gilberto... should he be in prison? should he be charged with conspiracy to kidnap? I need to know what you guys think because the law states that you CAN NOT be convicted because of your sick thoughts.
