We not only naturally desire intimacy, but are created for intimate relationships.
Without discipline and structures we have chaos. And with chaos, we can’t have a container for intimacy. * There are straightforward ways to create space for intimacy. One way is to establish no phone spaces. * There are ways to establish intimacy through attention, touch, words of encouragement, space, and authenticity.
In a world where honesty often clashes with compassion, radical candor butts into radical kindness, Tommy and Patricia discuss the art of healthy communication, the delicate dance between grace and truth.

As we dive into the 4 key ways we give and receive, time is perhaps the hardest to embrace an abundance mindset with. By almost all accounts, time is the most obviously scarce resource we have. After all, everyone is limited to the same 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week, 52 weeks in a year. However, in this episode, we challenge the way we tend to think about time. Time can be abundant, and we can be in the position to freely receive AND give time. Listen in as we talk about how happiness can be found through receiving and giving time.

We often think happiness is found in things like work, the experiences we have, or maybe through our relationships.
