I'm on a personal journey, back to my heart... and a big part of that journey is connecting with like minded souls who have faced off with themselves and have turned those lessons into a way to empower others.
Tim Morrison is the creator of Invictus, a Mens programme centred around the masculine archetypes and values.
Through Invictus he has helped hundreds of men in WA, recently holding his first womens program too.
Invictus has been the most impactful program ive ever done, and in this podcast, we explore my experience of it, as well as a few questions I have for Tim.
The reason for this episode is to help those men and women sitting on the fence, get the answers they need, to feel safe enough to begin the process and receive Tims magic.
I do not push many offerings from others, but this is something I will vouch for with every bit of my heart and soul.
Lets go!

This is a workshop I created specifically for the Conscious Leaders event here in Perth a few weeks back. I do feel there is real power in this, but this was just an outlet for me to get some of my thoughts around this topic, out of my head and onto paper.
I wanted to approach this from a slightly different perspective. Instead of focusing on action and behaviour, choosing to focus on what compels those actions and how we can begin to make more consistent and aligned actions, which lead to showing up as authentic... at least more often than not.
As of right now I have no intention of refining and continuing to deliver this, but if you see value in it, I would be more than happy to come to your club/organisation and do so.

This is a video about my experience with being seen, receiving praise, and how that lead to me setting the intention to turn up to the announcement of the award winners, ready to fail and ready feel what it was like to not win. 🤣🤦

This is a podcast I was a guest on last week, with Naturopath and well being coach, Julia Smith. We spoke about my story, mens mental health and FIFO mental health, along with my current beliefs and perspectives around this. Julia has such a beautiful energy and Im grateful to have had the opportunity to not only be a guest, but also meet her in person! #podcast #perth #menshealthweek #mentalhealth #emotionalhealth #menswork #masculine #feminine #energy #archetypes

I just had a stranger feel his sadness!! 😍 A few hours ago I got a call from a stranger (now a brother lol), someone whos currently mapping out the mental health plan for their mining organisation and was enquiring about working with FIFO Happiness for the next 12 months based off of a referral. During the call, after hearing in his voice a level of pain, I asked permission to help him feel the emotion that was present. He said yes (which he deserves to be celebrated for), and we dove deep... ultimately getting to a place where he allowed in and felt sadness in its fullnes, identified the memory where he hadnt fully processed this same feeling and allowed his body to express how it was inately designed to do. Tears flowed, shoulders relaxed and a genuine connection to himself andthis emotion created. Watch the video to hear a bit more ❤ #mentalhealth #emotionalhealth #miningmentalhealth
Meet my good friend Theo, a beautiful man in his own right who has shown me what it means to be honest, disciplined and decisive... while also having an open heart and mind.
In this episode we talk about his trauma as a young man, nearly losing his life twice and how that created his previous lone wolf mentality.
From there we speak into how he unpacked that, along with what he's called in now that he has opened himself and his heart up to receiving.

JEALOUSY from this week 😬 This is a video about an experience I had this week, seeing 2 beautiful men in achieving, and how I eventually went from cheerleader, to being in scarcity and playing the victim. I also speak into why I can pull myself out of those funks now 🔥 Something important to note that I havent touched on in the video is the importance of celebration and reflection. Reflecting on what I have achieved and giving my self permission to fully celebrate and integrate that feeling of pride and accomplishment! #jealousy #emotionalintelligence #fifozero #fifohappiness #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness
This is something that come through late last night after receiving messages about my golden shadow video 😭
In those moments I really felt proud of myself for showing up so powerfully in that capacity, but as I got in bed, it finally clicked that I had courage & ultimately leadership, all mixed up 😬
Golden Shadow breakthrough 😭😭 This is my breakthrough from our recent breathwork session and homework as part of Invictus, based on uncovering the golden shadow, and the ways in which we sabotage ourselves from stepping into and embodying those gifts.
Im so bloody grateful for the men I get to spend my time with in this group, and also so grateful for Tim Morrison for being the man he is and allowing for this transition to take place.
This week we meet Hemi Chase, as he speaks into his upbringing in a small country NZ town, masculinity, his curious nature and his experience with consciousness.
This episode is more of a conversation than it is an interview.
It's a conversation between myself and a beautiful friend of mine, Andy Ahchee, where we discuss our experience as Maori boys and men, disconnected from our roots and our culture.
In it we speak into limiting beliefs, projection, judgement, fear, self sabotage and more.
Meet Mirika Gavet, the creator of Stripped Bare.
Mirika speaks into her decision to terminate her pregnancy and how shes worked on forgiving herself since.
Brooke is a life coach specialising in helping women move from overwhelm, inaction and fear of money... to clarity, connection and wealth.
In this episode we talk to Brooke about her childhood, not feeling good enough, her obsession with being the best and her relationship with the drama triangle.
Meet Courtney Wilder, astrologist and intuitive business coach.
In this episode we dive into courtneys upbringing, within a cult like religious environment. Courtney speaks into how the sexist hierarchy and the limitations within that environment shaped her behaviour, as well as how she managed to turn it all around!
This week we're talking to Douglas Karunakaran aka Chocolate Daddie, the founder of Amongst Men stripper academy.
We dive into Dougs experience with cock shame and how he's moved through that by becoming a stripper, practising self pleasure and learning to embody his sensuality.
Joels back for round 2, as he unpacks his recent break up, as well as the system he's using to process unworthiness, grief and sadness!
Tins back in the house to chat about her upcoming program, UNFILTERED!
hello@tineshamisky.com.au
This week we're back to chat with Bryn Edwards, host of WA real, to talk about conspiracies, narcissism, psyche, shadow, knowing and a whole lot more.
I've gotta be honest, I came into this interview believing that Bryn was of the same belief as me, that "we need to stand up and fight for our rights".... BOYYY was I wrong lol.
Bryn came in absolutely firing and spoke into what he sees playing out in those that are taking a stand for either side. Let me be clear, this will trigger some of you, but if you're open to receiving, I know this will be one of the most powerful, profound and aligning interviews you will listen to.
This conversation was the loving slap in the face that I needed to move from a state of resistance and anxiety, to one of surrender, openness and ultimately peace.
I really do hope you enjoy this.

My free MENS vulnerability course: lachiesamuel.com
This is just a riff off the back of an interview I did this morning which lit me up and made me fall head over heels for another man!
Tap in. Lean in. Embrace the connection!!
This is for all my MEN out there looking the create a life they love by breaking out their comfort zone! I consider myself deeply committed to myself and self actualisation so those arent the only fears Ive broken through lately... A couple in the last year have been: -Returning to the mining industry as a mental health speaker after being evacuated for being suicidal -Pricing a couple weekends of work at $50,000, which was way beyond anything I though I could ever hold or be worthy of. -Crying in front of strangers. -Holding the first ever FIFO mental health summit...twice. -Getting naked in front of a room of 100 people. -Confronting my parents. -Owning my mistakes, mostly around ego driven behaviour. -Allowing myself to be seen. -Allowing myself to be supported, especially by women. -Paying $9000 for a course 🤯 -Allowing myself to step into coaching and change mens lives -Declaring my admiration for Donald Trump ...annnnnd so much more lol Me: Shit thats a lot... good on ya Lachie...! Mee: Oh thanks bro I know! #WIN 🤣😍
This is a quick one and something that I feel is sooo important to tap into while enroute to change, and that is...
1.Whose love did you crave most growing up?
Who did you have to be to get it? (whether you got it or not)
Is that still present and is it serving me?
This is me giving myself permission to freely express myself about the challenging yet beautiful transformation ive gone through the last 7-8 weeks as a part of Kaboom coaching by @prestonsmiles 💙 I honestly feel more free and worthy than ive ever felt. Ive dropped the 'good boy'/'mental health guy' mask and really have just given myself permission, thanks to the push from my coaches, to put my dick on the table (fun size 🤣) and be unappologetically me. Like "fuck you pay me" unappologetic lol. What thats meant for me is opportunities that I align with and men coming into my sphere who Im beyond excited to work with, just because Im no longer in a state of lack, or perceived lack, be it self worth or financial. So.. there are a bunch of aussies right now who withdrew super without desperately needing it... and to them what id say is this... if you dont currently have the life you want, how could you use that cash to improve it? material possessions, or life changing breakthrough with a coach who will challenge you, push you and give you the gentle yet loving slaps that will help you find your worth? Drop a 👀 if ya feel this deep in ya pluuums because im lit to the tits!! 🌋🌋🌋🌋

Since @iceman_hof made cold shock therapy mainstream, its become common place to see your friends and family posting about cold showers, morning beach dips and ice baths... but why?
There are many benefits, but the ability to handle external stressors def tops the list for me. Learning how to connect back in to my body when it says "holly fuck thats cold!" is such a powerfull skill/tool to have in your kit... and ultimately I really do believe that the way you respond to cold, reflects the way you respond to external stressors within your day to day life.

Bro, let her go through your phone.. 👀
This is for all my men out there who cant let their partner go through their phone. Trust me, Ive been that guy... BUT I broke through the bullshit and made the changes necessary to quit being a man who was anxious and ashamed of his behaviour... you can too.
What would it feel like to not worry about this?
How much would your life improve without the constant anxiety?
How much better would you feel about yourself knowing you no longer had to hide parts of you from the people you love?
Your KIDS dont feel WORTHY of your LOVE 💔
This is for the FATHERS out there who struggle to let themselves express their feelings, emotion and love to their kids...
Ive seen it in many of the men throughout my life amd Ive been that father myself. When we know the why, we can work towards reconstructing that underlying driving force, in a bid to become the father that our kids deserve...
A father that gives and receieves love freely 💙
Your SIDECHICK aint gonna solve the PROBLEM 😳😓
This is for those MEN that feel like having another partner is going to fill the void in their current relationships... like another partner will make them feel whole or worthy 😳
Brothers, lets not bullshit ourselves, most of us know someone who either has or had a side chick... Ive definitely been that guy. Ive been that fifo guy with a fifo partner... hell, multiple partners... and yes the flirting and sex made me feel good in the moment, but id instantly fall back into the anxiety of my partner finding out, deleting my facebook account so I didnt get caught out and feeling more ashamed of myself and therefore, less worthy.
So with that being said..
What void are you trying to fill with someone else?
How much would your life improve if you filled it with a deep sense of love and respect for yourself?
Change the MINDSET, change the MAN!
Lets BREAK THROUGH THE BULLSHIT!
This is for the MEN who are facing or experiencing relationship breakdown... AND watch porn.

Growing up I always heard the term "you love yourself" or "they love themselves" thrown around...
it's not until recently that I've come to realise what statements like this have done to us as a nation/ culture.

This week I touch on a tool I learned from "The Miracle Equation" by Hal Elrod.
It's a tool that's given me space to tap into expressing myself and my anger, without putting myself or others at risk.
As a result, I've found I'm less snappy and triggered, because I don't have suppressed anger waiting to say hello lolol!
PENIS too SMALL?? If ya feel that way that's ok, many men do... I know because I was one of them! Because of my insecurity I became a cheater, a manipulator and a narcissist. I hurt people just so I could feel like I was good enough. So I could feel like my "small" penis was good enough. Its taken me years of work to get to where I am now. It's taken hours of learning from coaches from all over the world... BUT I changed my belief, and I want to show you how to do the same.. Now back to you... Whether your belief that "my penis is too small" came from childhood trauma, upbringing, being mocked, porn etc, it doesnt matter, it can be overcome if you put yourself in an environment conducive to growth... one that will push your boundaries and challenge the beliefs that dont serve you. It will be hard AF (no pun intended lolol), it will be uncomfortable... but no change worth having was ever easy. In my beta program #PENISPROUD Im taking MEN to the next level, so they can take their confidence, their self worth and ther life, to the next level. We'll seek and destroy your limiting beliefs. We'll make empowering decisions. We'll put our dicks on the table and do the work. Your ready? This week I read a poem I wrote about suicide and the inner conflict that goes on when you're contemplating it... along with the 1 lesson I've taken away from my journey, with the attempt, the self work & of course, with Open Up!
If you take your life, Will it really make things right? You’re fulfilled inside while thinking of it, Assuming you’ll deny the world the burden you are, By putting yourself in a coffin, Your lifes finality, Unaware you’re inflicting only hurt and scars, Because in reality you’re loved beyond measure, So cut your tether, And quit listening to that voice inside, That gains pleasure from corrupting your mind, With its treasure chest of lies that you devour, To the point where you spend hours getting high, Off of planning how to die, You've got to fight, It tells you you’re worthless, Im telling you you’re not, It tells you they’d be better off without you, Im telling you you forgot, You forgot how much the people who love you really care, Because you’re isolated and haven't shared what you’re going through, How can they change the stories of fear you’ve created, If they don’t know whats flowing through, Your mind, Your veins, Your heart, You are, Still valued and worthy of life, Because if you leave them what you’ll find, Are hearts rife with pain and strife, Kind eyes shedding tears like rain, For if you leave there’ll be a hole in their soul thats blue, The size of you, That will never be whole again. In this episode we look at how looking back and auditing the events that've occurred in your past, are impacting your behaviour in the present.
Poem:
Have you taken time, To assess your life and ask why, Why you feel how you do, Or why you’re acting irrationally, Compassion is needed with others its true, But you deserve it also, More so to reverse the patterns you’ve programmed, From the past that are painful, Than to coerse the view the world has of you, Thats distasteful, Grateful will you be when you finally see, That your beliefs are clay with which you’ve continuously played, To shape and form your habits, For you’ll know that if you water it with questions, Relief will be destined, And the life you detested will leave, So what you envision may eventually happen. Thats the importance of a self audit, It sounds easy, But trust me its not, It’ll be uncomfortable, It'll take time, And like a constable you’ll have to police your mind, But for true change as humans who are pursuing a life without ruins, Thats the best option we’ve got.

In this 6minute bite we touch on the importance of taking the time to ask yourself whether you're happy or not!
Poem:
Its the most important question we can ask ourselves and others, Yet it hides, In our minds like a mine, Or kids under covers, Kept in a destination thats safe guarded instead, So it patiently resides inside our heads, Until the soil of our soul has been fed, Seeded with awareness, In all fairness its fearless to bring it forth, But a deposit is needed to retrieve it from the vault, Because revolt will the ego, While pleading for reprieve, And not to receive this assault on its existence, A beating on all its ever known, Defending the self its help resistant, Insistant on pretending its created a healthy system, As a result we've delicately sewn this life of comfortability conformity and routine, Handcrafted without higher intention, An invention designed for ascension, To sit atop a pyramid plastered with acceptance, Among a myriad of other rewards and feelings, An end without the meaning, Attention and applause is what you’ll receive, But is it what you need? Have you ever stopped to think? Think about what you’re doing and why? Or how its impacting your life? So for the first time, Confide in rather than deny yourself, Part with a part of your ego and invest in, Attaining that one question, T hats remained stealth, Collecting dust on the shelf, And once you have it make it snappy, Now genuinely ask yourself aloud, "Am I happy?"

Poem:
This week is dedicated to mental health,
I myself know the importance,
Of raising awareness, For those unable to raise their hand for help, In the fear they’ll be criticised and scrutinised, So instead they lead a life of lies to hide their why, Why do i feel like this? Why cant I change it? Why do I feel like my life has flat lined? Embarrassed or ashamed of it, They’ve been courted and cornered, By the stories of their minds, Or words spoken unkindly, Careless are we abiding by the stigma, An enigma this notion, Like a poisonous potion for people, Concocted in hiding in secret, To render us defeated, Its targets forever locked in sight, So they hide and inside they keep it, This feeling that they're different, Misunderstood, Unworthy or simply not needed, So why is this normal? Its because its what we’ve conformed to, Empathising with grievous bodily harm, Yet still we model these farms of people, These cities, On the basis that what you say doesn’t matter, So words become weapons, Instead grievous mental harm is a conversation thats needs to happen, To present itself in the present, Not the latter, So we become hesitant to use this verbal ladder, To climb over each other emotionally, Emotional be the intelligence thats relevant, To this state and time, For the collective state of mind, So no matter what you believe in, Remember we were all conceived in the same way, Changes need to be made, Its night and day, And it all starts with giving our attention, To mental health when its mentioned, So we as a whole can turn the wheels of prevention, Because right now suicides too damn high, And too many of us detest our lives because of what we think and feel inside, Now with that in mind I urge you, Lets return to the humans that survived and thrived together, Its time to lift each other up, So we no longer have to cover up, Lets design a life where everyones cup is full, Lets shift this paradigm from helping only ourselves to being helpful.

WARNING: F-words galore!!
In this episode we get to know ex crossfit regionals athlete and retired armoured vehicle gunner, Finn Johnson.
He shares with us his darkest moments to date, including his time at war in Afghanistan and the unexpected passing of family members.
He also shares with us how he managed to cope with the horrific situations he endured, situations that would leave most of us traumatised for life.
Finns actionable tip:
-Reach out to someone close to you, be it a best friend or family member.
-If that still seems too much, start with a txt first and progress at your own pace from there.
It seems obvious but most of us when we struggle are afraid of being a burden so we isolate ourselves in the belief we're only going to cause others strife. Like Finn says, most people will find it interesting because they'll like the idea of helping someone in need, so do it, pick up that phone and send that txt.
