You have to understand what is right for you and for the client and understand that you need to think different.
Nipsey Hussle and Gary Vaynerchuks’s bond was and continues to be something so unique and special.
Even without Nipsey alive today, his spirit and life’s work is still alive.

This is about cashing in on your passion, but also being humble enough to love the adversity and defeat.
Gary worked for his dad for years, helped build his dad’s business, helped go the extra mile for someone else long before he went out on his own and created his empire.
He wasn’t rich, but he was great at growing sales.
He moved product, got a lot more product into the hands of the people that wanted it.
Entitlement has no place in creation.
We are not entitled to reward, we must provide value first.
That value comes in many ways, but doing it with gratitude and kindness is key.
"Entitlement is not privilege.”
This comes from parenting based on what other people will think of them rather than what their children actually want, need, and feel.
This comes from 8th place trophies.
In reality happiness over-corrects at a certain point.
This isn’t just happiness, but also fulfillment and true success.
Put accountability on a pedestal.
Effort should get admiration, but not the same reward.
Sometimes you need to be told that your effort isn’t enough, that you aren’t good enough, and that you need to go back and do better.
It takes effort, mastery, a level of commitment more than simply showing up.
