To all women out there, especially those in leadership positions, trust yourself, have faith and most importantly, avoid falling in the trap of “always wanting to prove yourself” to others, specially men, this is a belief that we women were brought up with, it’s a negative belief that led us to imposing restrictions on ourselves by ourselves. Always remember that you already have super powers, you are a woman.
