DJs Bob Drop, jayrope & Lippstueck (Air Cushion Finish)
Bob Drop is a local DJ from the Biesentales crew. Drop rarely appears in public other than in person. jayrope & Lippstueck are known as Air Cushion Finish (ACF), an impromptu duo from Berlin and Biesenthal. All three are part of a bigger group of ‘Homo Biesentalensis’, an open border group of like-minded humanoid protein balls. The group creates socializing musical events since more than 15 years. Meetings take place at a lake in Biesenthal, a small village near Berlin. Imagine, that what you hear here is a typical soundtrack to what happens, when a hot sauna complements with cold drinks and lake swims. Visitors enjoy the cleansing procedures, they get excited, dance, chatter, play or contemplate, each like they prefer. The location sparked a long series of different unannounced festival-like events of multiple disciplines since 2000. It has became a common meeting place for hundreds of big towners to refuel, contemplate, gain inspiration or just be. Internationally touring musician friends can be found here playing private shows for locals as well. Finally Biesentales is a label construct as well as the name of the crew of music players - live and DJs - who otherwise engage in their own radio show called Biesentales Radio. This can be found streaming on mixlr.com as well as cashmereradio.com, where their shows also air as an early morning programme on FM radio in New Zealand every few weeks. Big places, small world - friendly visitors and guests welcome.
