Math…both these business have a number of core metrics such cost-per-customer, cost-per-lead, conversion-ratio, etc…and cap rate, cost per door, net operating income, debt to income ratio, etc…
Money…my goal is to help my clients and me make money…I take on projects that can allow both my clients and me to put our brain power together, focus on few core areas and collect money from the market place by building marketing/sales funnels and by leveraging power of Real Estate Assets…
