A podcast for adolescence where five totally not basic girls get together and discuss their lives growing up as best friends in the busy 21st century. Hoping to one day figure it the f*k out. We think at one point, everyone has felt that dwindling fear where they realized they had no idea what in the world was going on. Do we have a solution? No, absolutely not. But as a replacement, you can listen to us chatting about how we feel the exact same way. We’re going to be covering everything, from the fun lighthearted stuff to the serious oh sht i had no idea other people felt that way too stuff
In our fourth episode, we talk music, go over our playlists, genres we like, and artists we love to listen to. We then discuss serious topics surrounding the music industry. Questions such as, should people separate the artist from the music? Should people separate the music from the fandom? And highlight racism in the music industry and the awful need to hate on other people’s music taste.
Though we’re pretty different in many ways, we all share one common goal. Getting the hell out of NJ, (nothing wrong with the state we swear) and making our dreams a reality. 10 years from now we hope to be the best version of ourselves and living out those lives that you see all over Pinterest. Listen along as we chat about college, future jobs, career goals, and where we’ll be in 10 years. Spoiler alert: rich, successful, and content.
No, we did not meet in school. Essentially forced to be friends, we grew up together and made way too many memories along the way. In our second episode, we tell some of our favorite stories and reflect on the stupidity our parents let us go through.
In our debut episode, we talk about the quarantine, sleeping schedules, online school, and what the hell we plan on doing with this series. Now why would you want to listen to 5 teenage girls awkwardly talking about basic topics? You don’t, but we all have to start somewhere. Don’t worry these episodes are only gonna get better as we start to explore deeper topics that we’re pretty sure each teen has experienced in their life.
