Welcome to episode 18 of Conversations with Every Day Youth Workers, the podcast of The Youth Worker Daily. This week we're taking a break to share a little bit of what God is doing in my ministry.

After a not so great Fall Kick off on Zoom, we have made the decision to change how we are meeting with our students. We're moving away from a mid-week, program based ministry into small group ministry. Along with sharing why we made the move, I talk about some of the immediate benefits we've seen with small groups.
