Episode Six is all about wellbeing. This might mean eating healthily and taking exercise, but it's also about keeping an eye on our mental health.
We hear from Ali at Volunteer Cornwall about the newly launched 'Wellbeing Mentors' telephone line, where key workers in the Front Line can get professional help. These might be NHS staff, delivery drivers, supermarket staff or staff still at the schools.

Dr Joachim Stolte also gives us his advice on how to stay healthy during lockdown. Dr Stolte is a GP who is working on the frontline in the NHS and also runs an aesthetic clinic (MEDfacials) in Truro. We'll be clapping at 8pm tonight for him and all of his colleagues throughout the NHS to show our appreciation of what they are doing.
