My podcast is about exploring social issues from a cultural perspective as a black woman. Specifically pertaining to racism, sexism, social media, colorism, mental health, ageism, and all the topics that are relevant in society today.
This episode is a small guide to helping acknowledge our abandonment issues. I pretty much explain how sometimes we decide to suppress our unacknowledged issues within abandonment because sometimes we normalize our issues. I explain some of my experiences dealing with being abandoned. Give feedback, please!

The episode is about my experience having 4 type natural hair. This episode also tells the story of many young black girls growing up hating their hair. Also, I did this to inspire others with my type of hair. This episode is to also educate others on the culture of having kinky hair and what it’s like in a world where it’s not embraced. I hope this helps everyone and educates others to have a new perspective on what it is to have “good hair”.

This episode talks about being positive rather than choosing to be negative. I explain how sometimes it’s easier to choose negativity and how it’s best we choose to be positive internally. Also, the influence of having a positive environment. I dedicate this episode to the ones who overthink, struggle with gratitude, and everyone who’s willing to make a change. I challenge everyone to find something that they’re grateful for. Sometimes we just have to be hopeful in our future 💕
