This episode explains the philosophy of our Development Centre programme. We explain why we work on 'Master the Ball, Master the Game' in these sessions and why this in our opinion is the most important area to focus on. With over 20 years experience in running this kind of programme, we are pretty pleased with how we have explained this hence THE BEST FDS PODCAST YET (we can't say that for all of them, but we are getting there!)

A bit of a different podcast this time - we interview some of the players in Finland about the differences between their schools and the school system in England. In our work in schools in England, there seems to be an interest in what schools are like in Finland from the teachers. This is because of their reputation and ranking in the world (among the best) and how different it is. On previous tours and tournaments our English boys have actually gone to Finnish school for a day - the feedback was really positive. We think it's pretty interesting, see what you think?
