88 year old comedic actress Dev Rogers and 32 year old stand-up Jeremy Pinsly share a common passion - both are pursuing a career in comedy in New York City. With their obvious different perspectives, they immerse themselves in conversations that are sometimes painful, frequently embarrassing and equally hilarious. They often end up educating each other as they celebrate life and comedy today.

Cris Italia (co-owner of NYC’s The Stand Restaurant and Comedy Club, a manager and producer) shares his fascinating journey into comedy with Dev and Jeremy.  Comedy is a salvage for many people and Cris is no exception.  As a former investigative journalist, he uncovered some very heavy subject matter and as a result of his findings, significant changes have been made around the world. In search of healing from the emotional toll, Cris began to hang out at comedy clubs. He met others along the way and eventually found his way to a very successful new career.

Does luck create opportunities or are you a follower of the mantra, “The harder you work, the luckier you get?”  Dev and Jeremy discuss how some people have limited capabilities, while others don’t seem to be unaware of their own unlimited potential and inadvertently, don’t capitalize on what could be. The show takes a bit of a turn when Dev’s husband Bruce, catches Dev and Jeremy smoking pot and he doesn’t like it.
