His father always believed that his son would go to college and study and would never work in a mill like him. He used to keep coins in it and save them for the future. The story revolves around a boy who is poor and works for the sheriff and mean the sheriff is to the little boy. The sheriff gives him only three pennies and the lad worked for him for three years.
