Kelly and Mark have been secretly podcasting without telling friends or family for the past few months. Fearful of judgement, ridicule, and opinions, its time to spill the beans and make it real. Its all in the story you tell yourself, and what a lot of us will do is self sabotage our stories or success. Really are your friends and family that bad? If so, maybe this is the time to do a friend-endectomy (removal of toxic people in your life). Or trust in your character and the people you surround yourself with. The problem is most of us put the feelings of others ahead of our own. Isn’t it funny how we can be harder on our immediate family (the ones that mean the most to us) then a perfect stranger? Kelly and Mark would like to thank all their listeners for their support and look forward to adding friends and family to that list.
