The week of events from April 28th to May 5th, with the arrest of BVI Premier, Andrew Fahie to a week later, a vote of no NO CONFIDENCE in the current Govt and the stripping of the title of Premier from Andrew Fahie. In addition, the swearing in of a new Premier, Natalio Wheatley with a coalition Govt in an attempt to fend of direct UK rule in the BVI.

Where is the BVI's Freedom Of Information Act. We were promised this as far back as 2011. We look at the brief history of the Act, the delay in bringing the Act to the House of Assembly and what's usually included in a FOI (Freedom Of Information) Act. Why it's been difficult in the Caribbean in adopting Freedom on Information Acts.

We discuss how he dealt with one of the most horrific events in the BVI in 2017, the direct impact of Cat 5 hurricane Irma and his role as the sole voice to the world. Benito then gives a reflection on Hon. Ralph T. O'neal, the longest serving politician in BVI's history serving almost 40 yrs.

I interviewed Mr. Benito Wheatley, Policy Fellow at the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Science and Policy. Benito Wheatley is Special Envoy of the British Virgin Islands (BVI) Government and the Premier’s Advisor on International Relations, with a particular focus on the United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU) and United Nations (UN).
We sat down in the virtual studios for Part 1 of this episode where we talked about keeping BVI Historical Milestones Alive namely the 70th Anniversary of the Great March of November 24th. Also discussed was the 40th Anniversary celebration last year of the End of Grant-In-Aid.
