Restaurants continue to open and reinvent themselves. As restaurants had to creatively distribute their food and services curbside dining, drive thru, all became apart of their strategic change. Now that restaurants are opening up something interesting is occurring. Some restaurants are not feeling the drop off from curbside dining and drive thru business and are now utilizing their internal space creatively. Some restaurants are using their space for a combination of consumer attendance while facilitating business to business engagement services.
