We won't always get what we want and need from people at every moment but we can certainly ensure we get what we need from life by creating boundaries. Without boundaries, we will walk away from people places and things feeling unfulfilled depleted and disappointed. Why is it so hard to establish boundaries? Does everyone struggle with this? How can we make the change? It starts with the (wo)man in the mirror.
