This week The 4am Club had the pleasure of speaking to Rhys Binney, who shares his inspiring story to shine light on the dark aspects of mental health. Alexis is also involved with the Westerly Club which is a community group for men to find support and advice based in the UK.

Becc has built her business around the art form of making humans look better, and has just opened up her second salon in the heart of Melbourne. Becc gives us a break down of what it's like to lead a team from the front, while supporting the Alchemy family to be the best they can be. Becc has recently been announced as one of the top 10 finalists for Australian Hair Fashion Awards 2020 Industry Choice Collection of the Year, and has been also been announced as one of the 14 finalists for the Australian FAME team 2020.
