I interviewed two Health and wellness professionals (Bianca Wiggins, Jordan Booth) about the topic of sexuality. Originally was made to advocate our health and wellness topics that we have been presenting locally but ended up being a very open ended fun conversation. We talk about personal perspectives on sexuality while we are also using a backboned scientific study on sexual tenderness and things of that nature. Very very fun podcast for me and really hope everyone can enjoy this one.
Kerri and Sandy are two Health and Wellness professionals that discuss easy nutrition tips. The focus point is centered around fibers, sugars, and fats. They give insight on both positive and negative habits and the effects of certain foods and how it affects the body. Also give fun snack recipes for the average college student and the benefits that are included.
