"Finding Hope in Time of Crisis"
Ephesians 1:11-18
Application:
1 Pray for each other
Take some time to pray for each other – even the kids praying too. Pray for each other in your family, or in your friend group—and pray this, that even through these challenging times, we might be overwhelmed and profoundly impacted by the hope that we have in Christ.
And the second action challenge is this:
2 Talk about how we can live out our Hope
What does it look like in crisis situations to be a Christian who has Hope in the midst of difficult times? How can we practically live out our Hope? How should we be different from those who don’t have this same Hope?
No matter how hard the wind blows, or how big the waves get, or how much the virus spreads, or how many schools and churches get closed, or how little food there is on the shelves … if you’ve got Jesus in your boat … you don’t have to be afraid!
