Emily Cucalon

Paperbase provides access to a community based workspace where illustrators, printmakers, and creative freelancers have opportunities to work amongst their colleagues in a creative shared studio.

Elizabeth Lilly is a children's book author & illustrator, Emily Cucalon is a printmaker, and Sarah Robbins is a printmaker & illustrator. Each of them works side projects and day-jobs keeping them afloat, felt isolated in their own (sporadic late-night-after-work) studio practices. In October 2015, they opened up their personal studios into a space where other creatives can come share their resources (keep them company) and work in a community setting.

Proceeds from their events, projects, and works for sale go directly towards funding their studio expenses. They plan to expand into a larger space in the near future, which will allow for more resources for their artists.

By combining traditional and modern ingredients to develop uniquely crafted beers, Full Tilt Brewing has built a grass roots following in the Baltimore City region. Utilizing this network of family and friends for feedback, Full Tilt Brewing has tested each of its designs in order to provide the highest level of quality and taste.

After graduating from Bel Air High School in 2002, Nick Fertig enlisted in the United States Navy and served for six years as an Engineering Laboratory Technician aboard the USS Jacksonville (SSN 699). His desire to taste and eventually brew craft grew from trying and enjoying countless craft beers up and down the east coast. Using his passion for craft beer and the operating skills he learned in the Navy, Nick will never settle for an average brew. He truly believes: if it's not the best, it's not Full Tilt.
