No its not a show for Women only, I believe being a Man has that same Power! Saying I am Man.... so you can substitute it with anything you want.
the purpose of this show is to enlighten you, inspire you, and uplift you to be greater than what you are today. Its also for me to learn and grow as an individual as well.
