Dardashe is a podcast that listens, engages and uplifts. We aim to share an unapologetically Palestinian narrative by centering Palestinian voices from around the world to celebrate the beauty and diversity of Palestinian identity, society, culture, food, art and politics, while challenging the systems of oppression and injustices that we face as a people.
Salem Barahmeh is joined by George Zeidan, the founder of The Right to Movement, a Palestinian initiative dedicated to raising awareness about the limitations Palestinians face when if comes to moving in the country due to the separation wall, settlements, checkpoints, etc. Together, they talk about the reality of occupation and the obstacles it sets for a Palestinian's daily movement.
Salem Barahmeh is joined by Iyad el-Baghdadi, a Palestinian activist, and writer based in Oslo who rose to prominence as a key thinker during the Arab Spring uprising. He is the President of Kawaakibi Foundation and Editor-in-Chief of the Arab Tyrant Manual and on this episode they talk about Iyad's interesting life and his and thoughts on the current Palestinian diaspora.
Salem Barahmeh is joined by Adila Laidi-Hanieh, a writer and academic who focuses on Palestinian art and cultural practices. She has been the Director General of the Palestinian Museum in Birzeit since 2018 and on this episode they talk about the museum's mission and how Adila has allowed it to grow from a “museum without exhibits” to an important and strong institution.

He is a writer and poet who recently came out with his debut collection of poetry titled "Rifqa". Together they discuss the inspiration behind the book and his first hand experience with life under occupation.
On this episode, Salem Barahmeh is joined by Suad Amiry, a Palestinian writer and architect that has been living in Ramallah since 1981 and the founder of RIWAQ, a non-profit Centre for Architectural Conservation.
