Cedarian Crawford and I, are recently getting to know one another, and it is a honor for me.  It can be difficult at times finding new friends, and building lasting relationships, especially  amongst men. Meeting new people can be easy, but finding authentic, and complementary relationships can be tough. However, this brother here is cut from a different cloth. He wears many hats, play writer, movie director, actor, business man, husband, father and much more. But, what stood out most for me is that Cedarian is not only a progressive "go getter" but, he is also selfless and supportive to others. Too often you can find people not celebrating and/or supporting others' achievements, and progress. I guess in some twisted way people feel like it takes away from their "shine." Ced is not that dude.

On this episode, I had the opportunity to unpack some of his story. Talked about his values, processes and area of opportunity for him. In this episode Ced acknowledges his wife for her tremendous value, and how he needs to trust her more.

We have such a good conversation full of life lessons and encouragement.

Take a listen.
