In this episode we recap the Barry-Roubaix ride for a few Louisville-based riders. Barry-Roubaix is the largest gravel race in the US, registering over 3500 riders. The race takes place in Hastings, Michigan and has a 20, 32, 62 and 100 mile “Psycho Killer” routes.

In this episode, we talk with Andrew Llewellyn. Andrew is a talented competitive cyclist who spent time racing cyclocross in Europe in Jr. and under-23 camps, and he rode for the Fort Lewis University cycling team in Colorado during his college years. With that team he competed in several disciplines: MTB, cross, road, and track.
Andrew also is a small business owner in Louisville. He recently opened Liege and Dairy Waffles and Ice Cream in Holiday Manor in eastern Jefferson County. Based on the sugary waffles Andrew found in Belgium during his time in Europe, Andrew’s unique waffles and locally made ice cream create a treat you have to try!
