Hello everyone. As promised (although a bit late), here is my market update for Western Canada from the CSSA Vancouver meeting in June 2018.
Overall, the market in BC is still strong with occupancy in most areas being at record high levels. Cap rates continue to hold steady as investors are looking at interest rate increases in the coming quarters.
