Sam Bilhorn is the founder of Whitetail Partners and is a mastermind when it comes to setting up properties to have hunting success in the fall. HOWDY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! We sat down with Spencer Wood, The Real Estate Cowboy on our trip to Maine and did a deep dive into the land management project his got going on. Spencer will be working with this land owner to bring land management practices that are more common in the big whitetail states of the midwest to Maine. Spence is on the bleeding edge of turning the northeast US into a big whitetail area! Chris McDonald is relatively new to the real estate game but when it comes to hunting, Chris has been a bigger part of the growth of the industry on the world stage than most people would think.
