In this episode we chat to Siege member Marco De La Pena. In this episode, Zoe and I welcome Rhys from Pale Horse Powerlifting. Rhys is the Australian 140kg Powerlifting record holder with a 1050kg total across his squat, bench and deadlift (he's a weapon). He held nothing back talking openly about performance enhancing drug use, Only Fans, Satanism, his gym and of course powerlifting and his unique approach to coaching his clients for long term results and training enjoyment. Probably don't listen to this one with the kids in the car but such an informative and insightful conversation.
