Hey I didnât take the decision to leave my previous Network Marketing company lightly:
Here are 3 things that Was important to me while making this decision
- I needed a place where everyone felt accepted and valued. There were a couple of Facebook post from the CEOs of my previous company that made me realize our values didnât align.
- I wanted a company that paid on every single customer order. Period. Social selling should be just that.. The affiliates in that company should have the option to recruit or not and be able to make amazing money either way.
- It was also important to me to belong to a company that didnât force personal monthly requirements. Even though, this company has a small quota, it doesnât have to come from our pockets. I am not trying to persuade anyone over to my new company but rather inspire to go where you feel like you belong. _______________________________

I have Alexa Munger on the podcast today who is one of my great friends and a micro influencer!
