Conversations with Grandma is a podcast that will feature stories of the real nightmare behind the Amityville horror. Narrated by host TK, the podcast will walk you through the conversations every weekend that she had with her grandmother spanning almost 4 year. It all started one Sunday afternoon when her Grandmother said, “We all have secrets”. The massive secret unraveled her grandmother’s experience through the years working at a church, being a secretary to a very controversial priest, relationships with the Lutz family and living in a small town on Long Island. The conversations were very deep and unraveled a lot of secrets that haunted her Grandmother for over 30 years and will set the record straight behind one of the most intriguing homes in US horror history.
This special episode is dedicated to my beloved Grandmother. TK Young is back to discuss the last year and the passing of her Grandmother, podcast origins, contribution to the Amityville: An Original Story Documentary and the road ahead.
In the third episode, I will take a step back and go deep into the family history of George Lutz. There is a reason why the interest of the family is on the radar of the priest and it is revealed the early years of George. Never been revealed documents are discussed and it is mind blowing!
In this week's episode, I will discuss the family that originally lived in the Amityville Home, the DeFeo’s to give some background information on what happened on that horrific night in November in 1974. Then discuss the intrigue around the house and how the Lutz family moved in. Lastly will be discussing the behavior of the priest and my Grandmother’s discovery. This is the start of the story.
