The Sunday Classics Brunch is a live radio show broadcast on Megarock Radio every Sunday from 10a-2p Central.
This is the kind of classic rock show you can have when you ditch the guys in suits that own most radio stations, no program directors, no corporations.. and we are most definitely professionally trained radio people. We are music fans with some really neat toys that can produce a show almost weekly, a whole lot of great tunes and the knowledge of growing up with these bands and all of this great music. If you are reading this my guess is you did too.
Absolutely no planning whatsoever goes into these shows. I'm not joking. About 9:45 the coffee pot goes off.. I make a cup getting it just right.. I sit down, set the show opener and decide right then and there what's playing first and go from there. No two shows are ever the same and the reality is the show will have a sound relevant for the times as they happen.. like the bluesy rain weather shows... the happy celebratory good weather weekends... even world events.. but the biggest goal of all.. music that has long ago left the normal radio airwaves that never should have.
