I can’t believe it’s been a year since this journey started!!! What was a goal for soooo long a year ago became a reality, and despite of all that has taken place in my life this past year, I’m so happy to say I’m still here sharing my heart, thoughts, experiences with you all! This episode is dedicated to you ALL who have supported me and this podcast, who believe in me and support me, it means the world to me to be able to do this and also know it has changed and impact your lives in one way or another, tune in to hear the message I have for you all, once again THANK YOU!!! Xoxo
I’m a Hustler at heart, and now more than ever I’m so thankful for this genetic ability, yes I said genetic because I come from a family of business owners and visionaries, on this episode I talk about how I view this and why is so important to understand that this journey does not need to be understood and accepted by a society that has a fixed mindset of what we all should be, but should only matter and accepted by God (who already did) and you!
Relationships are hard work, there’s no mystery in that, but the reason I chose to share my thoughts and beliefs on this episode, is because the overwhelming amount of women that I’m seeing asking for help and guidance with their relationships, because they’re feeling loss and completely drained, not realizing that the main reason they are going through this is due to the amount of things they keep allowing and not really communicating, and instead they are “trying” to fix something that takes two people to make it work, on this episode I go in depth about this and the awareness that’s lacking tremendously when it comes to this.
Most of us grow up dealing with many toxic people and patterns, these are usually passed down to us and most of the time leads us to repeating the same cycle with who we choose to surround ourselves with throughout our lives, as someone who has fought so hard to break away from this, I finally have come to a place where I don’t allow under any circumstances to get involved with anyone or any situations that will jeopardize my inner peace, and I explain how you too can set yourself free from this.
Dating, so much to say and yet so much we still need to learn, from the whole idea of being “single” to finding your person, sure is not the easiest thing to do nowadays, but I finally found the courage to speak about my own experience about how this has totally shifted for me, and hoping you can benefit from this as well.
This episode I go hard on this topic, as a person who is a giver and genuine at heart, it was also a battle for as well to think I was wrong to be the way I am towards those who I love and surround myself with, and it wasn’t until I had my spiritual awakening that I realize how much of a Blessing this trait is! The problem is not you or how you show up for others, is WHO you are giving it to, stop feeling some type of way about your God given gift, you my friend are a blessing! Tune in to see in depth why?
Being positive is a term that has definitely shifted its meaning throughout the years, on this episode I explain why being positive all the time is just not reasonable, but being a realistic optimist can change your complete view on life and the things that get in your way.
Loyalty has so many meanings for all of us, and on this episode I explain why for me it has been redefined.
When was the last time you took the time to acknowledge yourself? I know for me this doesn’t happen often, as I am always more focused on the things that I’m currently doing either my inner work, self care, work, mom life, etc., which have become more of my focus than actually taking the time to also see and acknowledge how far I’ve come, how many things I have been able to overcome, learned from, developed, these are things that are as important, however, I haven’t really make them as part of my priorities, in today’s episode I take that step and do so, and I hope that this also inspires you to also do it for yourself.
Deep down we ALL know what’s best for us, but sadly most don’t even know how to actually identify it due to our lack of beliefs and mindset programs that we have stablished throughout our lives, but the good news is that this life of ours is a Journey NOT a Destination, and when we truly want to dig within and find answers, we ALWAYS do!
Love is a verb not a noun, is consistent action, is giving, is dedication, is a decision, is awareness, is freedom, and so many more things, however, today I had a major Aha moment that shifted my own view on how I approached the significance of Love in my last relationships, and of course I had to share it.
Our Ego, a mayor driving force that has influenced our beliefs, behaviors and our decisions mostly from a place of fear not love, on this episode I speak about my own experience with my Ego, how it has impacted my life, and what I’ve done to get to where I am today.
Be warned!!! I went all in on this, kept it very real and if you’re ready to confront your Ego, this is the episode that will help you get started.
On this episode I share how our beliefs and patterns that we develop around our self worth keeps us just settling and struggling with our confidence to go after what we dream, desire and truly deserve, we were created with the Birthright of living in abundance and yet, when most of us want to pursue it we don’t feel truly worthy of it, why? Let’s talk about it!
Insecurities are the main reason why most of us are stuck, unhappy, complacent and not living up to our potential, but have you come to the realization that you have chosen to feel and live this way? Yeap! I know for many of us is a hard pill to swallow, but if we don’t confront the things that keep us from becoming better version of ourselves, how can we expect to get better? this week I felt compelled to share about this, I hope this message can resonate with you.
Your girls is back!!! On this episode I share how fear really pushed me and my mental health over the edge, and how I have been able to slowly regain back control.
Hi y'all! took a mini unplanned but highly needed break, but here I am! This Episode was recorded at the perfect time since the long overdue break that I took had everything to do with putting all my focus on taking care of my Mental Health, this is a topic that in my opinion is very overlooked and I wanted to adress it as part of the Self Care series.
The Self Care Series continues! This episode I address awareness as my most valuable tool for coming to the understanding of why my mind was conditioned the way it was back when I started this Journey to prioritize myself and wellbeing, and how I know I’m able to identify the things that trigger me when I’m not feeling like my best self.
On this episode, I discuss how our patterns define us in ways that we may not even know, becoming aware of the patterns that kept me in a state of unfulfillment and unworthiness for most of my life was truly what shift my life to where it is today.
On this Episode I start what I decided to call the Self Care Series, where I will be talking about the different layers of self care and how this will impact your life.
