Simone Bonato

Have you ever come to know a good habit, like reading a lot of books, but in the end struggled and eventually failed to put it into constant practice?

Well, this happens to everyone, and the aim of this podcast is to tell you some useful techniques that can surely improve your life, but most of all I will share with you my day by day experience so that you might be inspired to do so.

The episodes will have the format of a diary in which, at first I will introduce you those good habits, and then let you know how I try to make them stick into my daily routine.

Today I'm going to make a quick comparison between the use that I make of podcasts and music from my point of view.

I do believe that they both extremely useful but in different situations.

These are the podcasts I mentioned in the episode with the relative topics:

-Hello Internet: everyday stuff, YouTube, work

-College Info Geek: university, productivity, health

-Feel Better Live More: health, medicine

-Numberphile: mathematics, successful lives

-The Ground Up Show: minimalism, productivity

This is the Spotify playlist that I sometimes use to study: https://open.spotify.com/user/%2Aruby%2A/playlist/1MIEdE9gfr6wgkylJu64PI?si=v_Dyxzr2TqqNvZRXHfuvSg

In this episode of The Self Improvement Diary I invited Justin, a guy from Philadelphia who is the owner of "The East Side Podcast", to make an interview with me.

The discussion covers various aspects of my podcast, but also some really interesting insight of Justin's ideas and life.

While waiting for the second part to be published have a look and Justin's podcast ( http://www.eastsidepodcast.podbean.com/ ) and at his Instagram page( https://www.instagram.com/eastsidepodcast/ ) where he posts regular content.

Please let me know if you like this kind of episodes so that maybe I might invite someone else in the future.

See ya in the next episode!
