This message talks about husbands but the end of this message warns wives in their marriages. There is vital information that is important about your man.
We begin Marriage March learning that God designed marriage as "becoming one flesh." That when a spouse decides to destroy a marriage it goes against the makeup of what it truly is.
Today we learn how the decisions of a hurting spouse can wind up hurting the other spouse, family and others. It is a chain reaction all the way to hurting God with our choices.
Today in Hosea as Hosea's wife set him aside to do whatever she wants. We learn how God feels when we set Him aside due to our own lack of knowledge.
What is the price of your spouse? Today a wife sells out on marriage and a husband bought it back. What is your price? Do you have one? We look at that today.
Today we continue in Hosea. When a spouse has past issues and hurts, they tend to hurt others too. Even those closest. Even in the case of God and His people, His bride. We need to remember this and pray for them during difficult times.
Today we go through Hosea and learn about a marriage instituted by God to teach about His love for us. We also learn about how we can help a spouse who is acting out due to pain inside.
Today we learn that even the crumbs that fall off the table should be important to us. That there's power in anything we give to Jesus.
Today we learn how many things in life can't be "patched up." Putting a band aid over something doesn't fix it and putting a jean patch over jeans just makes them look uglier.
The Word of God shows us today how far are we to go for a friend? How far are you willing to go?
One of the hardest subjects for me as a pastor is demon possession. I have seen and experienced it several times in ministry and it is never good. But what can one do to not experience this?
