The host of KINCast is Michael Herbert. He is a Lab Instructor and Lecturer in the School of Kinesiology at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada and an independant contractor specializing in office ergonomics and occupational/health assessments. During the episodes, he sits down with a variety of individuals who are involved in the field of Kinesiology and discusses their background and career path.
These episodes are primarily targeting Western University Kinesiology Students, however, no matter where you're coming from, you may find some episodes entertaining, if not informative!
