Her friend told her to download hinge and the first guy she talked to went from situationship to serious boyfriend pretty quickly. Her boyfriend RJ was drafted and now plays for a high A baseball team in Washington. Grace talks a lot about staying secure and how to always have your own thing going for you when in a relationship.

Sawyer Hannay played briefly in the NHL after he was drafted at 17. He used his skills he learned as an athlete to start his brand, Country Liberty, founded to represent his home, Canada. He took a chance and pitched his business to a producer on Dragon's Den (the Canadian version of Shark Tank) and was offered a deal. Since then he has grown his clothing business to be sold in 100+ stores and is now looking to expand into Nashville.

GG Carvacho was born in a very athletic family. With two athlete parents and brother, GG was lead to multiple sports before landing on volleyball. She was then recruited and committed to Ole Miss, but before her first year, there was a coaching change and her experience was no where near what she was expecting. She was met with manipulation and abuse from coaches. As a freshman she decided to stand up for not only herself, but for others after her which lead to the opening of a Title VI investigation.

Julia Johnson starting playing golf at the age of three and was recruited by many schools before landing at Ole Miss. The program was ranked 125th when she started and she left with an SEC championship title as well as a National Championship title. She talks earning the highest honers in golf including being invited to play at Augusta National. Following her career, she became an analyst on the golf channel and just started her professional golf career.

She played golf her whole life and earned a scholarship in college where she was then kicked off of her college golf team and brought back on. Keely Cartrett played soccer at three division one schools throughout her career and developed a social media following on the upswing of Tiktok. Sophie and Mary interview former USA Wrestler, Nick Chavez. Nick grew up playing traditional sports before learning he had a true talent in wrestling. Nick when on to compete at the All-American level and had a short career in college before deciding to hang up the cleats. He then went into personal business ventures where he found a new identity. Sarah Fuller is the first woman to compete in a power 5 football game and made history with her first kick in the 2020 football season. She played on the Vanderbilt soccer team for four years and was asked to try out for the football team in a time of need. She soon after became the first woman to score points in a power 5 football game. Sarah talks about her amazing experience as well as some tough experiences along the way.

Riley Gaines Barker is a 22 year old that swam in college at the University of Kentucky. She was a two time Olympic Trials qualifier as well as one of the top ranked swimmers in the nation during her time at UK. She is recently known as a spokesperson for women's sports following her competition with Lia Thomas, a trans female she competed against in the NCAA Championship her senior year. Gaines has taken her stance on trans athletes in women's sports and has not backed down. She now uses her voice on all platforms which doesn't always give her the outcome she is looking for.

Cleveland Browns Kicker Cade York discusses the highs and lows of being a kicker in the NFL. Cade started his career as an athlete as a soccer player and later found out his true skill was kicking through goal posts and became a kicker for his high school football team. He progressed quickly and was soon a top prospect and earned a spot on the LSU football team in 2019 and went on to win a National Championship that very same year. In 2022, he was drafted in the 4th round to the Cleveland Browns and has just finished his rookie season.

Mary Chauvin and Sophie Harris talk about their sports careers and their lives after college sports. Mary played golf at LSU and moved to Nashville after graduating. She started working at Lululemon where she met Sophie and they soon found out they had a lot in common with post college sports life. Sophie played D1 soccer and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which forced her to medically retire from the sport.
