This Beautiful Chaos: Recent Episodes

Charlotte Dover

This Beautiful Chaos is a place where we can come together to celebrate the beautiful chaos that is life.

I spent years trying to create a life which looked how I believed it should, and all it led to was feeling more confused, unhappy, overwhelmed and like I wasn’t good enough.

I threw a lot of mess at everywhere to try and figure it out, and This Beautiful Chaos exists to help you figure things out more quickly than I did!

Expect open and honest conversations, tips and tricks I've learned and developed, ADHD/Neurodiversity chat and hopefully some laughs along the way.

The very first guest episode for This Beautiful Chaos and I'm delighted to share with you this conversation with Laura Edralin

Laura is a London-based calligraphy artist and teacher helping people tap into their inner creative, find a space to calm their busy lives and to re-connect - whether that’s with themselves, or with others. She shares the calming art of brush pen calligraphy and lettering styles through online and in-person workshops - and offers private group and corporate workplace sessions too.

We chat about mental health, allowing yourself the space to create just for the joy of it, finding something you love to do and so much more!

If you think Laura's work and courses sound amazing (they are!) you can find her

email her: hello@lauraletterslife.com

and visit her website www.lauraletterslife.com - for free downloads and seasonal workshops! including one next Saturday - 23rd September 2023 if you listen to this in time!

✨Finally, don't forget to sign up for the Clarity Catalyst - your free (Maybe) ADHD experience running next week from 18th September.

I'm sharing all the things I wish I had known when I was going through assessment and diagnosis because I don't want others to struggle alone like I did!✨

I created This Beautiful Chaos because I feel there's a deep need for connection, community and open and honest sharing around our ADHD experiences.

This podcast will bring you the things I wish I'D known as I navigated my own diagnosis, and I hope it will help you figure out what's right for you if you're considering being assessed for ADHD or just want to know more about ADHD, especially in late diagnosed women.

This episode tells you more about my route here, a bit about me and what experience I'm bringing to help you, and to be honest... a glimpse inside my beautifully chaotic mind which I KNOW will resonate with some of you out there.

Welcome to This Beautiful Chaos, the podcast where we explore and celebrate the "beautiful chaos" that so often is our human lived experience.

In this short introduction, you can find out more about what to expect from This Beautiful Chaos and get an idea of who I am and whether you'll want to listen to more of me (hint - if you do subscribe now to never miss an episode!).

I'm Charlotte and I coach and mentor (mainly) ADHD women alongside navigating my own life, which feels chaotic a lot of the time.

I'll be sharing tips, insights and thought provoking conversations to help you grow in self-compassion and self-acceptance if you also feel chaotic some (or all) of the time.

While the intention isn't that this will be a purely ADHD podcast, you can expect that I will talk about this A LOT because it's such a huge part of how I operate.

The brilliant thing about that for you if you're not Neurodivergent but do wish you could feel more organised or productive (or my favourite, more accepting and compassionate with yourself about the times when you're not) there will be some things for you to try which you may not have come across before!

There's a space for you here, and it's a safe place to land.

Welcome to MY beautiful chaos, let's do this together!
