My goodness I was not prepared for this!!

In this episode, I share a no holds barred insight into my first trimester of pregnancy.

I was a little bit nervous about recording this episode and being so raw, honest and vulnerable, but I honestly WISH someone would have told me what to expect and prepared me a bit more for pregnancy because I was absolutely not expecting to find it so hard!

This episode is intended to help you feel less alone, less pressure on yourself and to know that it's normal to struggle.

I hope you find it helpful.

This episode breaks down everything you need to know and will alleviate your fears about getting bulky.

It's common in the fitness industry to have that "push harder" mentality, but honestly, I believe most women don't actually need more discipline,

I actually believe they need to recognise when it's time to take a break

Here are 5 (well actually there ended up being 7 😅) signs that you are overtraining

I hope you found this episode helpful.

Whether it's the pressure to look a certain way or the idea that you need to be able to do it all, these expectations could be holding you back from reaching your true potential.

One of the biggest mistakes I see women in particular make in the gym is NOT GOING HEAVY ENOUGH!

This episode will explain what could very likely be the missing ingredient to you getting amazing results.

You're capable of more than you think!

Progressive overload is a term that fitness trainers throw around without fully explaining what it actually means to "progressively overload"

This episode will give you all the information you need to know about how to progressively overload your body to get results.

I hope you find this episode helpful!

This episode is actually a throwback to one of the first ever podcast episodes that I recorded.

I was listening to some old episodes for a bit of inspo and this one really hit me, I feel like I needed to hear it and I hope it resonates with you too.

In this episode, I share some of the ways in which I have taught myself to “respond rather than react” when situations trigger me, and I hope that you can takeaway some useful tools that can help you too.

I hope you love this episode and find it helpful.

Remember, building a strong and resilient mindset is a life-long journey and there will always be good days and bad.
