In this episode, Ben & Chris answer the question - "Why do Data Projects Fail?". The answer is multi-faceted, including a false belief that the project "should be easy," a lack of business-domain expertise or technical knowledge, the wrong development process, and false expectations around cost.

Data Lakes are comprised of Reports, Data Extracts, APIs, and even Database Change Data. All this data is then put into single, "golden" views that are easy to query - "Ask questions from." Users are then empowered to build visualizations and make high-quality business decisions from their data.
