I hope you like it.One of the things I enjoy most about drawing are those little details in many of the pieces I've done in Cyberpunk style. It's been a long time since I've done this type of drawing, well, if I'm not mistaken, it's been over a year now. Well, last year I did a couple, but nothing like the year before.
This video is about one of those two profile pictures (pfp) I did with a more cybernetic style. For this portrait, based on the one before this, I wanted the mask to have that texture and details that cars have. There's an artist I love who does Cyberpunk with eyes closed, hahaha, he's really one of the artists I look up to in this style, and the finish is spectacular. I'm sorry if the video is a bit shaky; I usually work on one screen and record the other so that despite flipping horizontally, there aren't those sudden changes and turns that I really make, and it looks more stable. But this time, I recorded the screen I was drawing on. I just hope you don't get dizzy. I couldn't make it shorter because it would cause instant dizziness, hahaha... Soooooo sorry!

I made a video, although it's getting complicated because I'm running out of storage on one of the disks, so I have to hurry up to finish editing them. So today I want to show you a quick video of the fan art I made for @holozing recently, you can watch it here.
I combined two fan arts of Forest Healers into one banner. You can check at the end of this post.!
As I mentioned to an artist from the community, @solumviz (whom you probably know, and if not, what are you waiting for, check out their amazing art), the last time I tried something like this with lots of plants was a while ago.

The time is 50% to 70% more than usual compared to my previous drawings, but this one deserved it because there were several things to do sooooo the editing was kind of long. I tried to make the video not too long, I don't wanna take up too much of your time, and I also added some music, which I find nice, to make it more enjoyable.
Almost 300GB just in the video files.

I've got so many videos to edit, it's kinda hard 'cause I don't know where to start, plus it takes quite a bit of time, and I only have limited PC time for editing since I share my time with two other tasks: drawing and the power cuts that are so exact, precise, long-lasting, and repetitive aahahh. Don't know whether to laugh or cry.π«π€£
Well, also because, I'm not a pro at editing and I think it takes me longer than usual. I was working overnight on this edit after working on a couple of ideas for something. The good thing is that I didn't lose or have to recover any part of the video while I was recording it, since that usually happens when there are some electrical failures, and it bothers me too, so that's another reason why I don't record the videos.

Hey there! Tonight, I wanna show you a little something I did during one of those countless moments when I'm left in the dark without electricity π ππ π.
Usually, when the power goes out, I grab my sketchbook and doodle away. Sometimes they're just quick sketches, other times they turn into full-blown drawings with all the details. Some are just ideas or fleeting thoughts, but I often end up using them in future projects, tweaking them as needed.
I have mixed feelings about my sketchbooks because there are some ideas I've started but never finished. I'd love to bring them to life, but I'm worried I don't have the skills to do them justice. ππππ

Hey, how's it going?
Today to write a bit more and show some very spiky things.
A long time ago, actually years ago, I bought a couple of cacti for my garden. They were small, one was the size of one of my fingers and the other was like a small ping pong ball ππ€ with lots of thorns.
They came in very small pots so I changed them to more suitable ones, well, in fact, I exaggerated a little and put them in much larger ones, about 100 times the size of the π΅ at that time. Everything was going well but it seems that over the years they outgrew the place ππ.
Much later they had proliferated π , I transplanted the elongated ones to the ground but left the round ones because it was very uncomfortable and they pricked my fingers with the thorns, there were so many that they broke the pot that was like clay.
I moved them somewhere else and gave away several, and they keep growing more and more.
When I bought them, they told me there were some cacti that bloomed or even bore fruit, but over the years I never saw anything π€π€£. Last year I saw one that's now very tall, over two meters tall π, it had something that looked like a flower but I didn't pay attention 'cause I saw it a little quickly and then it was gone, so I left it like that π€£.
Recently, when I was looking for ideas to draw creatures, I found the flower that I took references from. Doing some research, I learned more about the species of my cactus and realized that it actually had a large and a small flower, well, I've never actually seen it open since it seems that some cacti are shy and don't like to be seen, apparently it only opens at night and it doesn't bloom many times a year π₯.
During these nights, I've been on the lookout ahaha, waiting to see it but I haven't been lucky, time passed and it withered without being able to see it. Now there are two new ones growing so I'll see if I'm lucky, although I think when they open it's very late so I don't leave the house at that hour ππ night-blooming flowers last one night once a year according to my research, and these might last a few more days, but well, I'll keep an eye out, I have a feeling this would be the second time it blooms. There are still very few flowers but well, it's a start π

This post was intended for yesterday, but I was very busy, and since there were no power outages either (~~strange thing~~), I wanted to make the most of yesterday and work non-stop on the commission I was assigned.
Using the same materials as in the last post, I created another portrait in which I continued experimenting and playing with my Graphite Rod, a gift I received a few years ago at an exhibition featuring both my physical and some of the digital works I had done at that time. A famous artist from my city attended my exhibition (I had the privilege of having him there and receiving some good advice from him), and according to him, he loved my work, so he kindly gave me that gift.
Since then, I hadn't used my gift until a few days ago when I decided to try something new. Also, without electricity, I can't do my #DigitalArt. So, isn't it a great time to start using my gift, right? Lol. πππ
β¨β¨β¨β¨β¨β¨ This is the third time I use my Graphite Rod, so I already feel a bit more confident using it. It used to be more complicated, and besides, I would get covered in graphite everywhere... Even my face would get dirty with this, lol. Although I still get dirty, I feel that I no longer have as much fear when starting to make my strokes on the canvas.

Just like in my last post, I didn't have anything specific to do, so I just went with the flow until I basically had something "a bit clearer".

After various stops (not all of them are visible in the video due to its duration; they were edited, but yes), they were basically to pause a bit and think about how everything was turning out. Also, to go wash up since I get very dirty using the graphite... I don't know how many times I went to wash up, but it was definitely many. Lol

With more confidence, there is more disorder, hehehehe, but this is something new for me... So let me experiment a bit, okay? Hehehehe

I must also confess that it's a bit challenging, at least for me, to do small things with my graphite rod since the tip is thick. But with many trials and the eraser, I manage to handle it a bit.

And to finish, with a napkin, I remove a bit of the excess dirt, in addition to polishing my portrait a bit.

After struggling to take a decent photo, I managed to get one, and then with #Photoshop, I edited it a bit to make it look better... And that's how my work ended. I hope you liked both the video and my portrait.
I say goodbye... Most likely, we'll see each other next week since I still have a lot to do with the commission I'm working on, so I don't think I can do anything for these days.

It had been a long, long time since I uploaded any video on the #3Speak platform, so today that changed... Although I must confess that it wasn't something planned in advance, as the video I made today was mainly due to the constant problems of power outages lasting more than 5 hours. During all that time, to do something productive, I engage in something, and this time that something was creating the video I made today.
I'm working on something very important for a game that will be released very soon... I was in charge of creating different characters for the game, and this time they asked me to make a banner for its launch. So that's why I shouldn't be very active around here, as I don't have time for anything else. Moreover, the delivery time is very short. But, as we frequently suffer from power outages, I decided to do what you see today while waiting for the electricity to come back to resume my work.
I searched among my art materials and chose graphite to create this portrait. Well, among the canvas I have with different textures, I chose this one that I love for its texture. That's how it all started.
β¨β¨β¨β¨β¨β¨ The truth is, it's a bit difficult to do things without a sketch, and even more so if you don't have a concrete idea of what to do. But, since this was something "not so smooth," and as I was staining the canvas with graphite, it was taking shape until I had a clear idea, which can be appreciated much better in the video.

After all that, in this part, everything was already better, and I already knew how I was going to create this portrait.

I refined my work a bit more, adding more volume, just as I did some hair, and I tried to complete a bit more towards the bottom of my work

More advanced than the previous step, there were more shadows and disorder throughout the canvas, but the truth is, that's what I was looking for. I didn't want something so neat; I just wanted a more chaotic style.

And to finish, I wanted to give it a different touch so that it had another view, and I added more stains between the eyes and lips. Why? Well, so that you can imagine whatever you want when you see the portrait, all according to your criteria. Well, if my work inspires something, lol.

A bit more disorder above among the stains to simulate the hair, and also, that I forgot to mention before, I grabbed and gave some details in red to give it a bit of color... minimal, but it has XD.

I bring you a new video in which I made one of the characters from @Splinterlands but this time in a baby version, for this illustration I chose the card -=Enchanted Pixie=- it is one of my favorite cards, besides it looks very sweet the original design that I wanted to make a baby version.
Unfortunately when I went to edit the video I realized that the first part that was about the sketch and the base colors was not there, I don't remember, but surely the computer restarted when I was recording and I lost that part, anyway the last part is where I do everything and is the one that I show you in my new video. ;)

This video is from an illustration that I did a long time ago but that I had not yet edited, of all the ones that I have left to edit, this is the oldest one, therefore, I did not want to leave it stored for longer. So today it came to light. XD
